You were in the kitchen packing a lunch for Yoongi to take with him to work. You know that if you didn't pack him something to eat he wouldn't eat at all he would just be focused on working. As you finished you put a little handwritten note in his lunch box like you always do. Little did you know he kept every single note you written in his desk drawer reading them when he needs motivation.
You looked at your watch and realized the time Yoongi still hasn't come down he's gonna be late for work. "Yoongi are you up? You're gonna be late for work!" You yelled You waited for his response but you didn't hear anything.
You walk upstairs to your bedroom and find Yoongi still in bed snoring. You smile and gently tug the blanket off of him Without waking up he reaches for the blanket and covers himself back up You walk over to him and gently shake him "Baby you awake? You got to get up" He just groaned and covered his face with your pillow. You took the pillow placing it back down on your side of the bed then brushed his hair out of his face. You saw his face was really sweaty.
Aww he must be really hot you turned on the fan and tried getting the blanket off him again.
This time he sat up a little angry
"Turn it off!" "Yoongi your sweating we got to get you to cool off" "I'm .... I'm freezing my ass off" he said hoarsely You turned the fan off but looked at him confused. You walk over and place your hands on his face he was burning up. "OMO Yoongi are you feeling okay love? Your burning up" "No..." he let out a cough "My head hurts my throat is dry and I have this cough. Let me sleep" He says dozing back off.
You went down stairs and found your thermometer and came back up to take his temperature as he was sleeping soundly.
"Hmm well it is high but doesn't really indicate that you have a fever that's odd. Maybe your just working yourself too hard my baby." You sat beside Yoongi on the bed brushing through his sweaty hair as you called his manager.
"Hi this is Y/N..." "Where is Yoongi we're trying to do dance rehearsals" his manager cut me off "Yes I know I apologize he's not feeling well today I don't think it's a good idea to have him up and dancing with his condition" "Alright just let us know if any of his symptoms seem to alleviate at all" "Yes I will I'm gonna take care him" "Very good goodbye" "Bye" I hung up the phone as I went downstairs to fix Yoongi a cup of tea and some medicine. "Yoongi baby I'm back let's take your medicine" He sat up rubbing the sleep from his eyes. As he took his medicine in his hand and sniffed it "Ugh what the heck is this?" "It's medicine it's gonna help your cough" "It smells disgusting. Isn't there something else you could give me like a cough drop?" "I'll give you a cough drop later but for now stop complaining and take this you can have a sip of water to wash it down" "Hmph" "Come on Yoongi you don't want to worry ARMY do you? so please do it for them and for me" "Ugh fine if this is gonna help me feel better I'll do it for you and ARMY" "That's my boy"
He took his medicine with a disgusted look on his face. "There now you can go back to sleep. I left some ginger lemon tea on your bedside table it will help your throat. I have some housework to get done so if you need anything else just text me" You were about to leave till Yoongi grabbed your arm. "Y/N can you please...please stay" he coughed out "Alright I'll stay" You sat down next to him his hand tightly holding yours "Hold me" he whined Well that's strange Yoongi wasn't usually up for being held he was more into holding you and you were a little hesitant you didn't want to get sick as well.
"Don't worry I'm not gonna get you sick and so what if I do then I get to take care of you and nurse you back to health like your doing with me."
You sighed and crawled into bed holding him as he nuzzles his head in your chest and holds you like a teddy bear as you giggle at him and run your fingers through his hair. "So do you think the medicine is helping?" "Eh hard to say but all I know is having you here with me helps. Your like my medicine"
You smiled at him as he fell asleep on you.

I know this chapter is not as good but I was trying. I just wanted to get something out for those who still enjoy my stories. Based on the previous chapter I do still have some chapters I'm working on currently and yes I still do take requests. -Rosie💜 5/29/23
