Luna put Dominic into his bed in his, Elijah, and Noah's room, covered him up with a black and yellow star blanket, and tucked him in with the white bloody bear that the boy loves so much.
Mason and Luna walk out of the room, grab their Littles, say their good-bye's to the others before leaving to go home.
With the Little's sleeping in their room and Mason passed out next to Luna in their bed, Luna laid awake thinking.
It wasn't stuff he normally laid awake thinking of. Like if the Little's have everything they need for the morning. Or if he had remembered that he has a shift at the daycare in the morning.
Wait, HE HAS A SHIFT AT THE DAYCARE IN THE MORNING?!
Ok, well beside that thought, all Luna could think about was Dominic.
He wondered why the bear and eyepatch meant so much to Dominic. Why Viper and Elijah at first were so worried about the boy. What was Dominic's past? Why did it take so long for Dominic to give into his Little space side.
Luna's eyes begin to get heavy as a memory of Dominic's soft smile starts to play in his head. With that Luna fell asleep.
Next day
Dominic woke up at sometime around three am. Did he want to? No. Did he try to go back to sleep? Also no.
Dominic picked himself up off of the adult crib he was sleeping in and went to the closet in the beginning room. Dominic decided to call it that because that's where all the new Little's start at the daycare. It's where the new Little's get their check-ups and new clothes.
He walked down the halls to the room. After a bit of walking Dominic finally got to the orange and yellow door. Dominic sighed and slowly opened the door with his bear, Goldie, in hand.
Slowly but surely Dominic walked over to the closet and started to dig through it to find clothes he wanted to wear. Dominic wasn't really wasn't in the mood to wear his binder today so he decided to leave that out of his outfit. He would still wear a bra though.
When Dominic finally found an outfit that he liked, he had gone all the way to the back of the closet. To Dominic the outfit was beautiful. To others, maybe not as much.
It was a black short sleeve shirt with black tech-core pants with a bunch of pockets. On top of the shirt he had a tech-core over vest; with a crap ton of pockets. There was a strap on the pants holding one of the extra pockets. With the whole outfit he wore black combat boots. They just pulled the whole outfit together. The last thing that was with it was a black and white gas mask. It wouldn't affect his talking or breathing. It was just there for decoration.
Not even joking there were straight up fazing stars in Dominic's eye's.
Dominic squealed happily but quickly stopped seeing what he was doing.
"If Ma'am found out I did this she would be mad, very mad." Dominic said to himself as he changed his clothes. When taking off and putting on the shirt he winced. His neck was still raw from the day before. Dominic's legs also hurt but that was a story for a different time.
Walking out of the room Dominic walked into the playroom. Now don't forget that it's now 3:15 in the morning. For three minutes straight Dominic just stood in the middle of the playroom. Once he snapped back to reality he walked over to one of the bookcases.
Damn near everyone who goes to the daycare and a handful of workers all know that there is one person that will sit in one corner of the daycare and just read or learn to speak a different language. No one ever could understand what the person was saying so they all just steered away from them. They all thought it was weird.
