PART TWENTY ONE: SCARED IN DARK

KK was holding teju and walking towards her room . The party was almost over ,guest were leaving one by one. Teju was totally drunk and it was being difficult to handle her . 

Teju : Karan why are we going to room ?

KK: You need to rest teju ..

Teju : I need to go to party .. its fun out there .. You know I dance .. there was a guy who was soo sweet and he danced with me ... I loved that. Did you see my moves .. My dance was awesome, wasn't that ?

kk : No it wasn't ...

They reached tejus room and karan opened the door . Karan was trying to get teju in but she wasn't ready to go in .

Teju : No no noooo .. I won't go to room ..I told you I want to partyyyyy......

KK : Party time over now please go inside and change your clothes ...

Teju : Why what is wrong with this dress ?? I do look good in it right ?

KK : No just go inside and change ...

Teju : I said I don't want to go ..you can't force me ..

KK : Ok the don't listen to me ... you will listen to aahana mam right ?.. let me just call her ... 

Teju : No no don't call d... I am going see I am going in ... ok 

KK : Good.. 

KK hold her and took her inside as she was not being able to walk properly .

KK : Teju ..just go get freshen up and change .Then sleep ..

Teju : I am not changing ... I look great in this .. see..

Teju then started to pose in different ways .She was looking sooo cute doing those poses in drunk state ..

KK[pov] : Oh god this girl is crazy .. what the hell is she doing ? But she is cute .. and this dress uff... I need to stop her ...

KK : Teju please stop it and do as I said ..

Teju : Why ?? I am not looking good ?? You like girls who dress like this right ?? 

KK : Huh??

Teju : You said na .. everyone won't fit in such dresses .. you like sanaya wearing these dresses .. You said that right ? So what wrong with me wearing these dresses?  Am I not looking good ? why do you only like sanaya ????why ???? why??  I want an answer ... tell me why ?

KK : What are you saying teju ? You are not in your sense .. we will talk tomorrow ..just go and freshen up and sleep .. You aren't in condition to talk ..

KK was walking towards the door of the room but teju hold his hand .

Teju : Are you trying to ignore me as always ?? I won't let you go until I get my answer .. You can't go ...

KK: Ignore ??when did I ignored you ? let me go ..we will talk tomorrow..

Teju : No no no . I don't want any excuses .. Tell me why sanaya looks good in such dress and why not me ??? Do you dislike  me that much ? 

KK : I don't dislike you ...

Teju : then ...

KK : You are not like that teju .... This make up this dress this personality this is not you .. I don't know if you will remember this after being sober but let me tell you .. You are more than this glam.. you are the one who is cute as hell when wears traditional .. you are awesome just with your smile ... no need to glam up not such dress is needed .. You are brave .. I have never meet any one as sorted as you .. Just be yourself this is not you .. There can be many sanaya but TEJASSWI PRAKASH IS ONE AND ONLY .. You get that ?? Now go and get freshen up and change then sleep .. No more talking ...

Teju was continuously looking at him ..

KK :  Will you go now?

Teju was loving this side of kk and she was loving being stubborn..

Teju : No ...I won't .. Why will I listen to you .. Party is going on so I will go there .. You can rest if you want to ..I need that drink and I need too dance so let me go down there.

Teju started to walk ..KK was now frustrated so he carried teju on his shoulder and walked toward the bathroom .

Teju : What the hell are you doing karan ..just put me down .. put me down I said ..

KK didn't listen to her . He took her inside the  bathroom and turn on the shower ..

Teju : Whats wrong with you ? have you gone mad ?

KK : Now don't argue .. take shower ,change and sleep .. I am going ...

KK then left her . Teju was under shower and she couldn't say a word and even move a inch . After sometime she came out to take her night dress and again went to bathroom to take proper shower.. As she was about to take shower she received call from priya.

Teju : Hi priya ..

Priya : Hi teju .. you ok ?

Teju : Ya I am.. How is your granny ?

Priya : She is out of danger now but doctor said they need to keep her on observation .

Teju : Thank god .. don't worry she will be fine ..

They were having conversation . On the other hand tasu prepared everything and she called karan .

KK: ya tasu ..

Tasu : you remember right ?? I asked you to meet me near pool area.. come fast I have a surprise for  you...

KK : Hmm ok I will ... just give me 30 mins ok ..

Tasu : ok come fast ...

Call ended . 

Tasu[pov]: Let me check these lights once before he arrives .. Nothing should go wrong today. I want to make it special for him ..

Tasu was working with the light but due to some reason it caused issue with electricity of the hotel and for some part of the hotel the lights went off ..

Teju and priya were still taking and light went off in teju's room as well . She was scared of dark. She started panicking..

Teju : priiiiiiiyaaaaaaa......pri...

Priya : Teju are you ok ? teju ... you there ...??

Teju : lights went off ...pri .. Its scary .. no light. Its dark ....

Teju panicked and then dropped her phone and call got disconnected.... teju tried to open the door but it wasn't opening .. May be the door was jammed or due to her panic attacks she wasn't doing it properly but she was locked inside ....Priya called again but teju was soo scared that she wasn't in her sense so she didn't pick . Priya now got worried ..so she called karan ..

KK : Hi pri how is granny .everything fine ..

Priya: karan ...teju ..karan 

kk : Teju ...what ?

Priya : KK ..I was talking wit her on phone and [She narrated whole thing ].. Karan please go and help her ..she is not picking her call . She gets panic attacks in dark ..please go fast karan please...

KK : ok ok don't worry I am going .. I am going ..

Karan ended the call and ran toward teju's room ...........
