It was all my fault. I was the one who wanted to start over. I lost a friend before him, and once I let go of him, I realized how lonely I was. I went back to the DM and typed his number. "Hey," I sent to Diego.
"Hey, why are you talking to me?" he replied. It wasn't very shocking reading that. We haven't talked for three months. "I want to be friends again... when I lost my friend, I lost you. It just felt different not talking to you" I sent.
"I feel the same way" he replied. We started talking about a friend of ours, we were texting her but not in a group chat. The friend of ours name is Alex. Alex and I were playing Truth or Dare by text. I got dared to text Diego that I want to kiss him. I did it! That wasn't so hard. "What?" he replied.
"Sorry didn't mean to send that to you. Awkward," I really did mean to send it to him, just didn't want him to think... you know?
