Chapter 1

"I don't understand,"Sophie mumbled

"You're not supposed to," an unfamiliar voice said-in a tone that was dark and raw and somehow melodic.

"Who's there?"Keefe shouted as everyone scrambled to their feet."who are you"

At first there was no answer

Then a figure in a grey cloak stepped out of thin air. "My name is Elysian," she said. "And i am the power source you're all here looking for"

"Who are you"keefe repeated

"You don't know me, she might"The figure raised her gloves hand and slowly pointed it at Sophie

"I don't know you!"Sophie racked her brain trying to remember " I have photographic..."

"I know "you have photographic memory so you should remember me" but clearly you must have had that memory wiped"the figure slowly lowered her hood and behind the hood there was.

*GASP*

"S-s-sophie?" Fitz stuttered

"THAT'S NOT HER!"Keefe shouted "She is STANDING right next to me! Is this what you imagined she looked like?"

No.She was not that confident and she had a smirk instead of Sophie's smile.But other then that she looked exactly like sophie.That was not Sophie, the girl (Elysian) was far too beautiful to be Sophie.She looked like Fitz imagined Sophie but 10,000 times prettier.Sophie prickled with jealousy

NO her brain could not go there

"My name is Zoe Foster,Hello little sister"She said

"Wait.. You have- purple eyes!"Sophie noticed

"Really ?" Zoe asked " I always thought they were multicoloured"

Sophie looked again and they flashed different colours

Sophie stumbled back,shocked, her vision blurred

"Wow"Fitz said and Sophie immediately felt jealous

"Woah,steady there Foster,"keefe said " Well i should probably call you Sophie since there are 2 fosters now"

Sophie felt dizzy knowing that Zoe -if she really was her sister- could be also experimented on.As if knowing what she was thinking Zoe said

"Yes i was experimented on, but my project was not as successful as Project Moonlark" she said signing " I can remember all the pain feeling, when i was experimented on because i was actually a human and then at age 2 the Black Swan decided to change me into an elf"

Sophie suddenly felt sick "Why are you working for the Neverseen then?"

"I'm not."Zoe said "I am working for no one"

"You should be working for me! YOU ARE A GAME CHANGER" Lady Gisela shouted and Sophie got startled because she didn't realise Lady Gisela was still there

" a game changer? Just like me, You wish, there is nothing special about her"Keefe smirked "good luck beating Fos- Sophie"

"Please don't"Sophie looked at Keefe with wild desperation, there was no way she could battle her older sister

"Yeah Sophie"Marella said playing with a strand of her hair "your the Moonlark,go show her what you got"

Sophie looked at Fitz

"You have 5 abilities, might as well use them"he sounded especially bitter
