The River Anduin was a treacherous place, with rapids and rocks that threatened to capsize their boats at any moment. Aria had never felt more alive than she did in that moment, with the wind whipping through her hair and the spray of the river drenching her to the bone.
But her joy was short-lived, as she saw a group of Orcs approaching them from the shore. They had been following them for days, waiting for the perfect moment to attack.
Aria felt a sense of rage wash over her as she saw the Orcs approaching. They had no right to threaten the safety of her companions.
Without a moment's hesitation, Aria drew her sword and charged towards the Orcs. They were caught off guard by her sudden attack and were quickly overwhelmed by her fierce fighting skills.
She fought with a ferocity that they had never seen before, her brown skin glistening with sweat as she battled the Orcs with all her might. Her sword sliced through their ranks like a hot knife through butter, and they fell before her in droves.
But the Orcs were not easily defeated, and they fought back with a viciousness that matched her own. Their swords clashed together, sending sparks flying in all directions as they fought tooth and nail for their lives.
Aria felt a sense of desperation wash over her as she saw her companions being overwhelmed by the Orcs. She knew that she had to act quickly, or they would all be lost.
With a fierce cry, she charged towards the Orcs once more, her sword held high. She fought with a determination that bordered on madness, her muscles straining as she tried to keep the Orcs at bay.
But in the end, it was not enough. Aria was outnumbered and outmatched, and she knew that she could not hold out much longer.
Just as she was about to be struck down by an Orc's sword, Boromir appeared out of nowhere, his own sword flashing in the sunlight. He fought with a ferocity that matched her own, his muscles bulging as he battled the Orcs with all his might.
Together, they fought back the Orcs, their swords slicing through their ranks like butter. Aria felt a sense of gratitude wash over her as she saw Boromir fighting by her side, his strength and determination matching her own.
But their victory was short-lived, as Aria saw an arrow pierce Boromir's chest. He fell to the ground with a cry of pain, his sword clattering to the ground beside him.
Aria felt a sense of shock and grief wash over her as she saw Boromir fall. She knew that they had lost one of their own, and it would be a long time before they would be able to recover from the loss.
But even in the face of tragedy, Aria knew that they could not give up. They had to keep fighting, no matter what the cost.
With Boromir's sacrifice fresh in her mind, Aria charged towards the Orcs once more, her sword held high. She fought with a ferocity that matched her own, her muscles straining as she battled the Orcs with all her might.
And in the end, it was enough. The Orcs were defeated, and Aria felt a sense of triumph wash over her as she saw them fleeing into the woods.
But her joy was short-lived, as she saw the lifeless body of Boromir lying on the ground before her. Aria felt a sense of grief wash over her as she saw him lying there, his eyes closed in eternal sleep.
But even in the face of tragedy, Aria knew that they could not give up. They had to keep fighting, no matter what the cost. With Boromir's sacrifice fresh in her mind, Aria vowed to fight on, no matter what dangers lay ahead.
As they reached the banks of the river, Aria and Legolas helped Aragorn to prepare a boat for Boromir's body. Aria's hands shook as she helped to place Boromir's body onto the boat. She felt a lump in her throat, and tears streamed down her face as she realized that she would never see Boromir again.
Aria looked up from her tears as Legolas approached her. Without a word, he handed her a handful of flowers. Aria accepted them, knowing that they would be the perfect tribute to honor Boromir's life.
As the boat drifted away from the bank, Aria scattered the flowers across the water, watching as they floated away with the current. She watched as the boat disappeared into the mist, her heart heavy with grief.
Legolas rubbed her back gently, offering her comfort in his own quiet way. Aria was grateful for his presence, even though she found his stoic nature sometimes frustrating. In that moment, she was happy to have him near.
As they turned to leave, Aria felt a sense of determination wash over her. She knew that they had to continue on their journey, even though it seemed impossible without Boromir there to guide them.
"Gimli and I will go and find Frodo and Sam. They went missing" Aragorn said. The tension among from the skirmish was palpable between each of them. "Legolas and aria, go find Merry and Pippin."
"We have to keep moving," Aria said, her voice firm and steady.
Legolas nodded in agreement, and they continued on their journey, determined to honor Boromir's memory by completing their mission.
