How long have you been asleep for?

Well, how long have you been staying dead, to be exact.

Speaking of dying, you were 99.9% sure you were stabbed in the heart, but instead you're left to deal with an intense headache.

You remember seeing something similar to those blue system interface you'd find in a lot of isekai manhwas, and from the looks of it, you were being reincarnated. How original, but you weren't going to complain.

You knew where your consciousness was being sent to. Being a not-so-casual manhwa reader, you'd be a fool not to have read 'Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint.'

You'd better remind yourself the events of what happened in the story. The RNG gods are not expected to be merciful enough to grant you the ability to access 'Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint' on your own- even if you died and came back to life.

You could only hope that the process would come to finish, and that you wouldn't be dropped amidst a group of monsters or such..

Suddenly, you find yourself falling out of nowhere.

...

[Transfer complete; the System wishes you the best of luck.]

It felt as if you've awoken after sleeping for an eternity.

Your sight was blurry, hardly being able to see anything. Your body was.. unfamiliar, to say the least; and you feel somewhat.. lighter? The vibrations and sounds coming from your surroundings are enough for you to know where you were- on moving vehicle. Bingo, you were on a subway train.

Judging by how bright it was, it's safe to assume the 'free trial' hasn't ended yet; at least the 'System' was nice enough to give you some time to adjust to the strange surroundings.

As you were waiting for your vision to recover, that same sharp pain from before returned, causing another headache. As you were confused as to what was going on, several years worth of memories came to you all at once. Damn, If only one could receive a bunch of information effortlessly and painlessly like they do in those novels..

Your hand was holding onto your head, tugging onto your hair. Your free hand clutching onto the subway train seat and your breathing uneven. Information from the life of the 'Vessel' you had occupied in the current world slowly becoming a part of your own knowledge.

Suddenly, you feel another hand, the same size as yours, grab onto your free hand and squeeze it gently, were someone trying to comfort you?

Slowly turning your head to the side, you notice a young boy, about 10 years of age as he looked at you with worrying eyes. Young child.. brown hair.. holding a cage of grasshoppers.. it was Lee Gilyoung! One of Dokja's company in the future. He asked you with sincerity in his voice, maintaining eye contact.

"Y/N, are you alright? Did you remember something bad again?"

In this person's memory, you were also.. Gilyoung's twin sibling, younger by a few minutes at that.

You blinked sheepishly for a moment, maintaining your composure before responding.

"Ah, yeah, I just remembered something.. unpleasant."

It would seem that the memories had aided you in learning Korean, cause sure as hell you did not learn how to speak Korean back then when you still worked at that minimum wage café.

You couldn't bring yourself to tell him the entire truth. What if he came to despise you for it? What if he began to treat you like a stranger whom took over the body of his beloved sibling? You just.. can't imagine being left behind with memories of the person who cares for you no longer.
