i write about if certain eliminations and placements are justifiable or not, and i predict the placements of the remaining contesta...
i copied some of this off a conversation i had with someone
anyways pie
god damn she was robbed of everything she could the have gotten in tpot .... and now she'll barely have any chance of returning to improve (probably because of remote)
i think voters did pie extremely dirty during the voting for the tpot2 elimination
i also think the tpot team had TRIED to give her some development right before the split with her argument with golf ball and during tpot 1 with the just not team so she'd be a bit sassy and apathetic at times but it unfortunately wasn't enough (or that it wasn't well received)
i honestly think she could have potentially gotten even more development if she wasn't eliminated in tpot2 and maybe wasn't in a team of fan favorites
but then again she still would've likely been eliminated, unless she actually did end up contributing to the team like she did back in bfb 11
however that doesn't seem to always be the case as in tpot3, cloudy was building the entire damn stage for their amusement park attraction and when they got put ufe for the lack of a performance, cloudy was the one eliminated instead of the teammates that did jack shit
i also believe that pie would be a huge help when it came to using death prevention strategies to help the team win, as she used a death preventing strategy to win in bfb 11, which was by purposely falling off the stairs (preventing flower from killing pie a second time) and using black hole's abilities to throw her back up and at the button, making death pact the last team safe
this could be a massive help as death pact again has already lost TWICE in tpot, and the series is only 5 episodes in (as i am writing this)
what could have also helped pie to stay on longer would be to put her on a completely different team, preferably the teams "just not" or "the s!" since those teams consist of mostly unpopular characters compared to death pact again
also they've barely been doing anything with lightning since tpot2 so i honestly think it'd make sense if they were attempting to eliminate lightning this whole time but have been unsuccessful so far (and just barely being during the second dpa elimination, which is likely due to the double elimination that they are now doing and there being more fan-favorites ufe, which would also equal a bigger change of lightning potentially getting eliminated)
so i believe there could have been a chance that they wanted lightning off so they could possibly develop more characters in the team like remote fanny and even pie, but they were unable to do so with remote due to her being eliminated out of quite literally nowhere and also pie because of her somewhat expected elimination
it was actually a really.. really bad time to have death pact again up for elimination in the first episode, for pie at least. the small amount of development pie did receive in late pre-split and tpot1 wasn't really enough to give her a solid personality nor a very solid fanbase which ended up causing her elimination in the next episode....
i genuinely think that pie could have become at least somewhat near as popular as her other team members and gotten some good development if she had stayed on the show for longer and wasn't eliminated immediately after joining tpot (four's show would have been much worse for her as well)
so um i think that concludes why pie shouldn't have been eliminated in tpot2
