CHAPTER 2
Lucas did not wake up until around midday because he was on the lazy side of teenagers.
Olive and Devin woke up around 7:00 am and then walked downstairs into the dining room. Devin carried on walking and then walked into the kitchen cooked bacon and eggs with some toast. Afterwards, Devin brought out two plates of breakfast to the table with the cutleries
"Hon, can you get me a cup of water?" Olive asked
"Yes of course I can sure," Devin responded calmly
After finishing their breakfast, Olive brought the food in whilst Devin noted down a list on his phone about items they needed and where they can buy them.
After Olive was done washing up the plates and culinary, They both walked upstairs into their bedroom and got changed into the causal clothes after talking about the rules they thought of Olive and Devin walked downstairs and got their shoes on.
They got into the same car and drove into the main town of their garden city, They found a parking space and driving down the road they decided to park there and then parked a few thoughts were making them want to stop but they carried on.
Devin and Olive got out of the car calmly and walked over to the front entrance they got both got a shopping cart and walked over to the clothes for 9 - 10 since Lucas fitted in those types of clothes since he was small.
Olive grabbed a few sets of childish clothes, whilst Devin was waiting around and decided with Olive if it was childish enough for their new 5-year-old. Olive noticed some baby suits that were in his size they decided to get a pack of 5 since he would be wearing a full-on nappy at night.
After getting clothes for their new 5-year-old son, They decided to go to the toddler/baby section and they got some Luvs size 6 with paw patrol decals on the front and the back since some of Lucas's new clothes had paw patrol on the front of them. Afterwards, Devin got some plastic plates and some plastic cutlery and then got two sippy cups with Paw patrol
Devin walked over to the pacifier and got a set of two and a pacifier clip, He put them in Olive's trolley since Devin was being filled up with baby nappies and pull-ups.
Olive decided to get some water nappies by finding Nemo in front of them since they had a pool in the back of the garden.
Olive put them in Devin's trolley. Afterwards, Devin and Olives of their trollies were pretty full,
"We need to go to John Lewis for his new room stuff and there are some clothes for him there also," Devin said
Devin paid for all of the items and then left the shop, They loaded all of the stuff into their car which filled up the middle of the section of the car and left the boot left.
They pushed their trollies into John Lewis and went over to the baby/toddler section first to buy the toddler bed and some other items.
Devin pushed his trolley over this cute design for a toddler bed with paw patrol cutouts on the bed, Devin and Olive decided to get it, and Devin loaded it on the bottom part of the trolley. Afterwards, they found a different part of the set being a closet they brought the closet and then loaded it into Devin's trolley.
Olive and Devin pushed their trolley over to the potty training area of the shop and they brought a potty that was blue since Lucas's favourite colour was blue.
Devin and Olive picked out some more clothes and then walk brought some cute clothes that would fit Lucas and look childish. Devin got a booster seat that can connect to a normal chair whilst Olive was getting a car seat Olive found a car seat with paw patrol on the front. Olive put it in the trolley afterwards she found a stroller.
