M/n POV: As we were standkng in the mirror chamber I decided to kill time by asking epel questions like where he's from. I mean you didn't just think I'd stand there like an idiot waiting for some irresponsible bird of a head mage. When the cheery boy with white hair suddenly said "maybe he has a tummy ache"

Mr crow man Slammed the door open making me flinch a little "wrong" shouted the irresponsible bird
"Ah, he's here" stated the red head
"Good grief, there's one student missing so I went to look for them." He said whilst turning to face the late student "now you're the only one who hasn't gotten their dorm yet. I'll take care of your raccoon-kun, so quickly go in front of the mirror. "

"Mgggghh-!!!" The raccoon tried to say something but got ignored by everyone. Part of me felt sorry of it but the other one didn't ngl. I decided to ignore the talking raccoon's presence. And watched the late student hesitantly shuffle his body towards the mirror.

"What did you say? " asked the irresponsible bird man 'not only is he a furry but hes death.' I told no one in particular

I could not feel any magic wavelength from this one. Neither shape, nor color there are non of it. This one is unworthy of any dorm.

Stated the allmighty mirror. I tried to stop myself from giggling but quickly gave up 'lol this guy just got called useless by a mirror just like the daikon-senpai.' I then whispered to epel "imagine getting roasted by a mirror" as soon as I said that he started snickering with me. Our snickers were being covered by the voices of the shocked students.

I quickly shifted my attention to the flabbergasted crow, who seemed to have finally processed what just happened.
"There's no way the black carriage would pick up a human who cannot use magic!
In 100 years, there has not been any mistake in student selection.

Why in the world..." he stated clearly in denial.

That's when realization hit me, the talking raccoon thingy stopped talking...'this is oddly suspicious' "mggh.. Puh! Then give that seat to me!" Ordered the raccoon
"Ah, wait! This raccoon!" Said the headmage who seemed like he just processed the situation.

The raccoon then went on talking abt how he could do magic. Half way through his borring ass speech I started to zone out '... As much as I don't want to admit this...I miss daikon-senpai'

'Yep that definitely hurt my ego'

I sent most of my time standing there thinking abt Kou and Yashiro until a certain redhead shouted "EVERYONE TAKE COVER" so out of pure instinct I did what any normal human would do; I ducked.

And just like that,almost the whole mirror chamber was on fire. "Uwaa!! Hot, hot, hot, hot! The fire got to my butt!" Cried the cheery boy. 'This raccoon has cool powers'

"If this keeps up, the academy will turn into a sea of fire!
Someone, seize that raccoon!" Said the headmage

"Tch... how tiresome."

"Oh? Isn't hunting your specialty? Isn't it a plump, fat, ideal dessert?"

'Wow the house wardens r fighting'

"Why must I? You do it."

"Crowley-sensei, leave it to me.
To hurt and capture an innocent small animal... I shall take over this role that everyone hates."
'Bro why is he so shady'

"As expected from Azul-shi. Here comes the unofficial credits[1] earner!" Said the voice from the floating tablet.

"Hey, can anyone please put out the fire on my butt!?" 'omg is anyone actually gonna do it'

"Everyone, are you listening to me!?"
'Ok so I picked up on 2 things the headmage is blind and death'

"Sigh... if it's just catching a raccoon, you do it"

"I cant overlook an offender, after all. Let's get this over with." Replied the redhead.

"Let's capture him quickly. The dawn will break if we go slowly."

"Funaaa!? A dead-end!?"

What the house wardens wasn't expecting was a ravennette with amber eyes to slam the raccoon on the ground

'There was a little trouble, but with this, the opening ceremony is closed.
Each dorm leader, please bring the new students with you and go back to your dorm.

"Him not being here is normal, ain't it?"

"He somehow has this hard-to-approach aura about him." Said Riddle-san

"Well, that's fine. Diasomnia Dorm's students, come follow me. ...It would be great if he doesn't sulk..." Said the "child"

And with that everyone started to leave...

Yuu POV:

"Well then, Yuu-san.
It's very regretful, but...
I need to have you exit this academy.
There's no way we can let someone with no magic power to enter this academy.
There's no need to worry. The Mirror of Darkness will immediately send you back to your homeland.
Come, enter the door. Pray strongly for your homeland..." stated crowley.

"That was a long dream..."

"The Mirror of Darkness! Guide this one to the place they belong!" He said.
