Berry's pov

I don't even remember how long i was crouching in that awkward position staring at his grey eyes until he gave me his hand.

And i don't even remember how long i though of wether to or not take his hand. In the end i didn't.

I got up smoothening any creases on my brand new skirt which i just tore. But my mind wasn't there. It was transfixed at him. Parker, it's been five years, five whole years until I saw him and now this is how we meet.

" If you're done with your staring contest, mind giving me your interview miss-"
He was staring at me for my reply.
"Berry" i whispered but i am sure he heard, though there was no sign of suprise or 'hate' in his eyes, yet.

"Well, miss berry, you sure made a entry". He was sitting in black leather chair now, while making a gesture towards me to take my seat.

Now i though is a good time to run, run away from the abyss that'll just give me pain. Run from the memories that still haunts me sometimes.

But something about this man stopped me. It was hard to believe that he was the same man she fell in love with 6 years ago or the same man she started hating 5 years ago. He even 'appears' to forget her name.

She sits in the chair staring at her as he scans her CV.
