Ruby: Encore

Ruby narrows her eyes at the male before her, watching as he sheds his cloak and tosses it to the side. "You want a fair shot at me, fox? Here it is. Give me everything you have, ya little bitch." Chaos grins widely at her, knowing his comments are getting to her in this moment of high stress. "Shut your damn mouth! This ends right here, right now!" Clenching her fists tightly, Ruby takes a step toward Chaos. Her foot cracks the ground beneath as the Chaotic power of her opponent flows into her. "Oh yeah? Come on then! Hit me! HIT ME!!" He yells back at her, returning her aggressive stomp forward to get into her face. Suddenly she swings her fist, connecting with his cheek only for him to respond by slamming his fist into her stomach. Ruby goes careening backwards into the jungle, smashing through trees until she stops herself in mid-air with her flight. Darting forward to return, she grabs an entire tree trunk along the way; lobbing it toward Chaos. The Nightmare catches the makeshift weapon and throws it aside. Though he isn't quite fast enough to stop Ruby who slams right into him with her immense speed. Chaos is sent skidding backwards, only to put both his palms together. "EAT THIS!!" He screams out which is shortly followed by a purplish colored laser blasting out from his palms. In the split second she has to react, Ruby leans down and rips a chunk from the very ground they're standing upon. Effortlessly she lobs it forward, though it misses its mark when Chaos slams his fist into the massive rock. Instantly it shatters, allowing Chaos to return the favor from earlier by dashing directly toward Ruby who he manages to grab by the neck before she can react. With a flick of his wrist, she's slammed down into the ground which is followed by a stomp to her chest. Ruby barely reacts though, other than wrapping her paws around his ankle and shoving upward; launching Chaos into the sky. Quickly she follows after, flying up into the sky after him and slamming her fist into his stomach which is followed by a left hook to the face. Recovering despite her attacks, Chaos counters by catching her following uppercut and slamming his fist into her face. Causing her to stumble backwards in the air, Chaos capitalizes by grabbing her arm once again and slamming her down to the ground only a mere few feet below. The small fox careens downward, smashing a massive crater into the ground which only grows larger when Chaos flies down to hit her once again. Thankfully for Ruby, she manages to roll to the side and avoid the massive stomp which leaves Chaos vulnerable for a counter.

Her opportunity is squandered though when Chaos easily catches her thrown punch. "Heh, TOO SLOW!" He taunts, headbutting her and causing the woman to stumble back into the dirt wall of the hole they find themselves in. He continues to attack when he lunges forward and slams his fist into her stomach once again. Finally she vomits from the several strikes done to her abdomen, though it doesn't deter her nor Chaos from continuing. The next punch he throws is caught by Ruby who then counters by slamming her fist into his face again. "Come on! You gotta do better than that now, Ruby!" His wild grin grows as Ruby slams her clenched fist into his face again. "COME ON, STEP IT UP!!" He roars, ripping his own fist out of her grasp and using his free hand to snatch her by the neck once again. Before she can break free he holds her up, and places his other hand on her chest. "EAT-" "THIS!!" Ruby finishes his sentence for him, sticking her paw out and blasting Chaos in the face with a pinkish colored laser that instantly forces him to let go. Reeling back in pain, Ruby lunges for him and delivers an uppercut that once more launches him into the sky. Having no more of his twisted games, she flies up after him and slams her fist into his chest which sends him careening back. Leaving no room for recovery, she flies after him once again slamming her fist into his back, then one more to his face before grabbing him by the face and firing off her own laser once again. The final attack of her combo sends Chaos falling out of the sky and down to the blackened ground of the Boneyard below. The moment he hits the ground, Chaos is right back to his feet and cackling. "Ha! Is that all you've got for me!? And here I thought you were gonna ACTUALLY give me a hard time!" His mockery is cut short when Ruby lands in front of him, having stopped flying to get the incredible landing she had envisioned. "You really think I've given you everything I have, Chaos? Oh you haven't seen ANYTHING yet!" She snarls at him with every word she speaks, which only seems to amuse him. "Aww what's wrong? You gonna start crying?" He smiles wider, his sharpened teeth being revealed to her. "Shut the hell up! You're gonna be the one crying when I'm done with you!" "Then come on and bring it bitch!" Ruby throws her arms down to her sides, her pink fur rising with her rage. "I'LL KILL YOU!!" "THEN DO IT YOU STUPID CUNT!" Chaos and Ruby both lunge for one another, their fists colliding and counteracting both of their attacks. Though the former is quicker to recover, clawing her across the chest with his horrifically sharp claw-like nails. Ruby wastes no time in retaliating though, now using her own claws to slash at his right eye. Chaos easily side steps and avoids though, leaving her open for a powerful right hook to the chest.
