Little Does He Know

Hey, i am Y/n and i will tell you in this story exactly how i always fall in love very easy.
And this time it's h/n. But in this story i will call him Rafe of course. But let's start at the beginning so you understand my side story.

The story is about an 16 y/o girl. She lives the normal life like every other teenager does. She has a boyfriend, good grades and feels confident about herself (not a 100% but you understand).
She has a sickness since she was a kid, it's a rare condition that only a 100 people have in her country. But when she was young she was treated for it. She now gets a medicine that makes her better. she is not different than anybody. (pls keep that in mind).

She has a boyfriend for a year now, everything is going good. Sometimes they fight but that's normal, it's a healthy relationship that she has always wanted with the boy she has always wanted.

But then one day she got really sick, y/n didn't think any of it and skipped school.
Eventually she went to her doctors in the hospital (that treated her as a kid) but they were confused by her condition. So they gave her antibiotics. She got better and went to school again. Not knowing she was going to get this 6 more times. Every time she got sick for a week, she got antibiotics and it would go away again.
Every time she got sick she felt bad physically but after the third time it became also mentally. Every time she felt a little better she got sick again. It felt every time like another kick in her stomach.
This sickness also put pressure on her relationship. of course het boyfriend felt bad but things got worse between them. They both got tired of her being sick. even though she couldn't do anything about it.

Later that year she heard that her father has cancer. it's not the worst cancer but still the word cancer gave her goosebumps. The plan for her father was that he needed surgery and everything would be okay. But still y/n had doubts about it.

With this going on in her life she had been thinking a lot. About her boyfriend. As she was so busy with her own stuff she didn't have room in her life for a relationship and she decided to break up with him. In hope to work on herself and maybe come back together later. Of course she was heartbroken and cried for 2 weeks but she started to feel better. She got sick 1 more time and then it stopped ( no reason, doesn't matter and still unknown ). Her father got surgery and everything seemed to go back to normal.

Y/n didn't have a close friend group like last year, as much as she wanted to.
But there was a group where a few of her friends went to. But because of her sickness she never went, even though she was invited.

When she was better again, her friends invited her again. And this time she thought, you know what can go wrong?
So she went, even though she felt a little bit insecure.   Because it had became such a close friend group.
She went a few times and had so much fun with everyone. She got drunk again and again, she partied en felt free again. Finally.

But does this mean that there is room for a boy in her life again?
