I sat in my room watching friends when I heard a knock on the door. I ran down the stairs and opened the front door. There stood my best friend Johnatham holding a large box of pizza. "Hey what is that big moving truck for?" I asked "someone is probably moving Einstein!" Johnathan laughed. "OO LETS GO SEE THEM!" I sqeaul. "OO OK!" johnathan says mocking me.

we walked across the street. Johnathan knocked on the door. almost instantly the door slammed open to revealing a young girl with a huge smile spread right across her face. she opened her mouth and out came the words, "Hi!" she smiled. "hey my name is eve and this is Johnathan. but I call him j." I told her. "wow cool names! I'm Sophie." she said still smiling from ear to ear. "are you moving in here?" johnathan asked. "yeah with my brother Ian." Sophie said "oh what about your parents?" I asked. right after I said that I know I shouldn't have. Sophie's smile faded instantly. "they died about 6years ago in a car crash,the car flipped upside down then caught on fire. they both died instantly. it was awful." Sophie said looking at the ground the entire time. "oh my god I am so sorry." I said hugging her. "SOPHIE! GETCOVER HERE! WHAT HAVE I TOLD YOU ABOUT TALKING TO STRANGERS?!" we heard a deep voice yell who we assumed was her brother. "sorry I gotta go!" Sophie said with fear in her eyes.

Johnathan and I started walking back silently. "well that was different" I heard a faint voice say. "was that you?" we both said in unison. "no it wasn't me." I said. "well it wasn't me either." johnathan stated "we are both probably losing it." I said. we walked home still a little freaked out about what had just happened.

when we got into the house johnathan asked me "where's Mackenzie?" "she's at work and cool it little one" I laughed. johnathans face turned red. "anyways you don't call me 'j' anymore." he mentioned immediately hanging the subject. "oh I don't know good point." I said. "what do you want t-" *sirens* "AH" johnathan wait j screamed. I looked out the window. "Omg. it's the new people." I gasped. we were both looking out the window where there was sitting an ambulance, a police car and a firetruck. a couple of minutes later they rolled out a lifeless young girl on a stretcher. It was Sophie. "oh my gosh j it's Sophie." I said scared. johnathans jaw dropped immediately.
