10- SURPRISE

Jaein's pov

" Hey jaein, i didn't know you can cook this well., I'm loving it.'' max said while stuffing his mouth more.

" How can you not know that?? She works at your restaurant , dude.'' eun spoke.

" Yeah but i never made her cook anything. She only serves customers."

" Too bad. You won't get her as your chef now.'' nick said

Why is that? I can still shift my post from just a waitress to chef. But i won't, I don't like cooking.

Eun slapped Nick's shoulder.

" Ah , ha ha ha i mean , you should not spent your time in kitchen , cooking while sweating right.?!" He said and i saw eun and max both glaring at him.

What's wrong with these three today.? They are behaving strange.

" Hey! stop with the nonsense... Let's just cut the cake."
Max said as he threw a knife at me. Thank god it's a plastic knife.😂

We cut the cake and ate it togather. Seriously this is so amazing. But i miss something. This is not what i wanted actually. This is not what i left home for. I adore and value them for sure but still ... I want to fulfill my dream.

" Hey stop with that , I'll shave your head if you mess with my face." Eun yelled at max who had a piece of cake in his hand.

I smile looking at them but next second i felt a smash on my face . Yukkk !! what the hell.!?

I saw nick laughing like crazy.

" How was the surprise jaein .... He he he'' and eun, max joined too.

" I hate surprises which come from you guys!."

" But you gonna love tomorrow's surprise." Eun said handing me a tissue.

" what's with tomorrow ???" I said while wiping my face.

"You'll know" they three said together.

Now I'm growing suspecious. What are they up to???

"Yes , so for now let's go and roam in new york.'' nick yelled and we all joined.

I enjoyed that night so much. We went every place which holds our memories. It felt strange yet peacefull. Why are they doing this?? What is with tomorrow's surprise???

Next day

Eun's pov

 " why are we here ? Nick?.,max??? Someone answer me." Jaein asked now frustrated because I wasn't giving her answers.

They both also kept quite and get off the car. Which is now infront of entrance of airport. I know jaein is confused as hell. But I'll let her be.
She unwillingly got off and come to me.

" If you aren't going to tell me now I'm going back then." She turned and tired to walk away but max grabbed her by waist.

Omo! Max You shouldn't do that. Before i could warn him jaein elbowed him in stomach. He growled.

" Yah! Jaein stop with that ,just few mins and you'll know." I said finally.

She rolled her eyes. Nick took out bags from the car.

" What are these?? When did you even put them in huh??" She asks too much.

" Jaein , can you stop being curious for a while?" Nick said as he patted max. Max was still holding his stomach.

Jaein stood there not moving. Finally she's at peace.

We enter inside and strange, she isn't speaking anything..

Nick suddenly hugged her. More tight than ever. I know how he feels right now. Honestly i am feeling so sad too. Max stood there with sad eyes too.

I saprate them and held her face between my palms , squezing it .

" We are going seoul , jaein-ah." I said.
And i can see her eyeballs grow bigger and bigger.... I chuckled at her reaction.

She freed herself from me.

'' really.????? Are you serious??? Woah!!! Oh my god! Oh my m....... What should i do??? Are you kidding me?? Nick??? Pinch me... Is she in her senses??? Yah max tell me you guys are not kidding????right?? Speak uppp?????"

Aish! shut up girl then only we will be able to speak. This girl behaves so stupid sometimes.

But I don't blame her. It's all she needs, all she wants. I noticed how she was sad after that concert. I see how she works hard , out of her capacity but still keeps on smiling. She planned everything in newyork. So I'm planning everything in Seoul. And if you wonder how ?
Jaemin. he helped me. He has been very close to us since the day we met. But i never let jaein know what we planned behind her.

" Yes! we're not kidding. Now let me hug you enough." Nick said hugging her again. And this time she hugged back.

I know how important they both are for eachother. He cherish her as a lil sis. Max also joined the hug and so did i. But that stupid announcement interrupted our moment.

" I'll miss you guys." She said with watery eyes.

I guess she now understood why max can't keep her as a chef now, why we went to our special places yesterday.

" We'll miss you too. Now get in or you'll miss the flight.''

We nodded and did our squad hug once again before parting.
