After much pondering, he decided on a black dress with puffed sleeves which covered his thighs and reached just above his knees. The only information he got regarding the outfit was to dress in something casual and comfy. When he asked about the location, the alpha simply refused and said that it was a surprise.

As for accessories, he decided on his pendant and a few rings. He tucked his pendant, he always does that just so he could feel it is close to him, after wearing his heels he was ready.
When he heard the doorbell of his apartment ring he quickly grabbed the bouquet of tulips he bought for Louis. He was passing by the streets when he came across a shop selling flowers, looking at the tulips reminded him of Louis.

Traditionally, when an alpha and an omega court each other it is the alpha who gives something to the omega. But Harry wants to gift something to the alpha too, he is the most gorgeous alpha, Harry ever laid his eyes on. If Harry could, he would go to a garden, pluck some flowers and make a bouquet for the alpha himself. Since it doesn't seem possible he settles for buying them.
