The Enhanced Fujita Scale or EF Scale, which was made on February 1, 2007, is used to assign a tornado a 'rating' based on estimated wind speeds and related damage.

EF0:

An EF0 tornado has max wind speeds of 65-85 mph. Typically with an EF0, damages include tiles or parts of roof being blown off, gutter and siding damage, branches broken off trees (quite large ones) and trees that fall over as a whole; however this is normally a weak or dead tree.

Between 35-40% of all tornadoes yearly in America are rated EF1 damage: winds from 86-110 miles per hour can cause major damage to camper vans and automobiles, and can cause minor damage to well-constructed homes.
