Four hundred years ago......

There were three known continents in the world of Elidi.

The Heulwen Continent, The Cyfrin Continent, and The Oboro Continent.

For more than a hundred years, Heulwen and Cyfrin were at odds and would never come to a peaceful agreement.

There were times when wars would almost break out, because of the greed that clouded their minds for each other's resources.

As for Oboro, they were well-known for being a closed continent and having a mysterious origin which earned them their name.

Every five years, Oboro would open their barriers for Heulwen and Cyfrin to be able to trade resources that were not available within their barriers.

One fateful day, across all three continents, the sky turned crimson red like the blood that runs in the human's veins.

A dazzling golden beam split the sky into two and struck down on Oboro, causing a massive earthquake to spread throughout the continent.

Three days then slowly passed by and disasters spread throughout Oboro do to the golden beam.

Plagues, droughts, earthquakes, floods, disappearances of people, they never stopped and the people mourned for their loss ones.

On the fourth day, the beam disappeared as if it was never there and soon all the disasters cease.

Sadly, the lives that were loss and disappearances of the people will never come back.

Hours after the beam disappeared, the Emperor of Oboro declared a imperial decree which ordered that ten thousand soldiers were to march towards the location of where the beam first appeared.

The soldiers feared what would be lurking after the beam's disappearance, but sadly, they couldn't disobey an imperial decree as it was like going against the Emperor himself.

If one was to go against the imperial decree, that person would be sentence to execution and will bear the name as a rebel/traitor. As for their family, the Emperor will have a choice to spare them and exile them or execute them as well.

Weeks went on after the soldiers' departure from the capital and they were slowly reaching the location of where the beam appeared.

Throughout the past few weeks, the soldiers encountered strange beasts that some how resembles the animals that roam the lands, but more ferocious and their features looked even fiercer.

Two months passed by and the soldiers final which the location of where the beam first appeared. More than four thousands soldiers lost their lives to the hands of strange beasts.

When the soldiers had reached the location, the general led one hundred men deeper into the forest while the others were to set up the campsite.

Traveling deeper into the forest by foot, they were shocked to see a tall realistic statue of a beautiful woman ahead, that was surrounded by wild flowers and strange beasts that were either sleeping or standing guard next to the statue.

A lean yet muscular young man walked quietly over to a intimidating tall handsome bulky man who looks to be in late thirties.

"General, what should we do? We already lost more than four thousand men to these beasts." The lieutenant asked worriedly while keeping a straight face
