Tips on how to loose weight

Many of us have this problem of weight (including me) and times when wearing western outfits it looks odd we can not just loose weight overnight but we have to practise so here are some tips on how to loose weight hope you guys enjoy
-----------------------------------------------------------1. Keep a food journal
2. Drink 7-8 cups of waster a day
3. Eat more green vegetables
4. Eat whole grains
5. Drink skim milk
6. Exercise
7. Eat more sea food ( if and only are a non - veg eater )
8. Eat more fibber
9. Eat healthy snacks
10. Go for a walk everyday
11. Stop eating out as much
12. Eat breakfast regularly
13. Eat smaller portions
14. Do yoga
15. Spend more time out doors
16. Weigh yourself daily
17. Stop drinking soda
18. Keep a bowl of whole fruit on the counter, table or refrigerator so when you feel hungry you can just grab it and munch them
19. When eating out order for boiled , steamed or grilled food rather than those are fried.
