Cale held his breath. He rushed towards the small figure. His eyes widened as he saw Choi Han limped to the ground.

'Shit!'

He really shouldn't have let Choi Han partake in that fight.

"Raon."

'He is okay, human, umm....' Raon sounded a little guilty.

'Where is he okay...,' Cale sighed as he helped Choi Han up.

"Hmmm... Ca-Cawle-nim... Hooo-hooooo...," Choi Han's breath was weak.

Cale flipped him over and over to check if he had injuries. Fortunately, Choi Han was unscathed, really unlike someone who had just directly experienced a bloody fight. Well, that's good, that's the Choi Han he knew. Despite that, there were still some bruises on his palms. It was because the soft skin couln't bear the weight and friction of the sword. Furthermore, Choi Han must have exerted more strength than what his body could handle.

This scene... this emotion... seemed to be a little familiar? Cale felt a little ridiculous.

Anyway, now was not the time to be idle. Cale fixed Choi Han's clothes and carried him up.

On and Hong ran back and climbed up Cale's shoulder.

"Are you okay, nya?" Hong looked at Choi Han with worry in his eyes.

"It's okay, Choi Han, I will give you some of my cookies to restore your energy!" On tried to cheer the baby.

They went back after everything had been settled here.

Cale handed Choi Han and the children to Beacrox and Hans for dinner. He especially instructed them to treat Choi Han's plams. He could rest assured if they were with Beacrox, so he and Eruhaben left to check on Duke Fredo and Solena. Mary did a great job in treating them. It is just that there were some things from this incident that were bothering them. The situation turned out to be more urgent than expected. And on top of that, Duke Fredo fell unconscious again just now, so Cale decided to immediately tell the Crown Prince about it.

He left the room to check on the kids. To his surprise, Hans was already waiting for him just outside the room..

"Young master-nim. Choi Han, he—, please check on him."

"Hmm?" Cale raised his eyebrows.

The moment he entered the room, he could see Raon, On, and Hong squishing Choi Han in the middle. Or, it would be more accurate to say that they were using their tiny bodies as a quilt for Choi Han. Choi Han also had a cold compress on his forehead.

"He has a fever. It looks like he lost his appetite. He kept refusing to eat," Has explained, "Young master-nim, uh, we just think that you should try...."

Cale frowned. He stretched out his hands and felt the temperature of Choi Han's forehead. It was warm. Now that he is closer, he could see Choi Han's expression.

"Hooo... hic, hic... hnggg...." The corner of Choi Han's scrunched eyes were wet.

He looked terribly uncomfortable.

"Meow meow."

"Uh, hang in there, Choi Han!"

The children seemed a little panicked.

Sigh. Choi Han must have used excessive power earlier. And it was partly his fault, too.

"Give me the food."

"Yes, young master-nim!" Hans quickly went to the kitchen and asked Beacrox for a warm baby soup.

Cale calmly patted Choi Han's stomach to provide comfort. He added more pillows under Choi Han's head to help him sit up.
