A Story I Needed To Write For My English Class

Is it a Happy ending?

The story takes place in the City of Yakushima, Japan.

Time: 8.30 am, place: Home

"Come on Raito we still have some things to do before we meet up with Ryū at the Movies." "I am on my Way Asuka." Raito said. "Don't forget your Coat." Asuka answered. They both went to the grocery store. Raito said "I do the one part of the list and you do the other part and we both meet up at the cash register, alright?" Asuka nodded in agreement.

Time: 9.15 am, place: Store

"I got everything expect the avocados, they didn't have any left." Asuka said a bit sadly. Raito answered with a bit of a comforting voice "That's alright Asuka we can get some another Day." They put everything on the cash register and checked out. Outside Raito said "Now we just need Flowers and the Birthday present will be complete for Ryū." "Yep, I hope she is going to like it." Asuka said. "Well I hope the movie she picked is good ." Raito said jokingly. Asuka answered "She always picks good Movies." They both went to the Flower shop and got the Flowers then they both walked Home. "Hmm, we should take the Car later to the
Movies it's supposed to rain later." Asuka said. "Alright." Raito answered.

Time: 10.10 am, place: Home

At home they wrapped the presents for Ryū. "We still have some time till 1.30 pm." Raito said. "That's true" Asuka answered. They both watched some TV and did some chores around the House.

Time: 12.40 pm, place: Home

They both got ready for the Movies, as they both were ready they got to the Car and got inside. Asuka drove and Raito sits on the passenger seat. "The Sky looks already grey." Raito said. "Yeah" Asuka answered. They drove to the Movies.

Time: 1.15 pm, place: The Movies

"Ryū Happy Birthday!" they both said at the same time. "Thank you Asuka and Raito.", Ryū said, "Now come on you two the Movie starts soon we are going to watch The Pope's Exorcist, it's a Horror Movie." "Ooohh, you know how we both like Horror Movies." Raito said. Asuka said "Cool, I saw the trailer to it, it looked great"

Time: 3.20 pm, place: The Movies

"The Movie was great, good pick Ryū." Asuka said. Raito said "I loved it." "Thanks for the presents guys they are amazing" Ryū said while smiling. "No problem" they both said. "Drive safe you both it's raining very much" Ryū said. "We will" Asuka answered.

Time: 3.37 pm, place: On the Street

"How did the rain get so bad in such a short time?" Raito said worryingly. "Maybe we should park at the side of the Street and wait till it's over, it seems simple rain has formed into a storm." Asuka said. "Yeah maybe we should do that." Raito answered. Asuka parked at the side of the road and they both sat in their seat and looked outside.

Time: 4.10 pm, place: site of the Street

"This gotten real bad Asuka, the Wind gotten stronger, the rain flooded half the street." Raito said. Asuka answered "Yes I know Raito." A loud crack was heard and they both looked around but couldn't see anything and then it happen. A large branch from a tree fell on the car.

Time: 5.32 pm (after the storm), place: Street

Fire Fighters, Police and Ambulances were everywhere helping people out after the storm. Some Fire Fighters got Asuka and Raito out of the Car. They were rushed to the nearest Hospital.

Time: 6.30 pm, place: Hospital

"How can I help you Miss?" the receptionist asked. "I got called saying my Friends are here" Ryū said. The receptionist asked "What are your Friends names?, there is a lot going on at the moment duo the storm." Ryū answered "Asuka and Raito" "I see", the receptionist said, "they are
on the third floor, room 305." Ryū went to their room meting the doctors too. "How are they?" she asked them. "We don't know if they make it through the night miss, we did everything we could" Ryū stayed by their side hoping they wake up but she needed to leave around 8 pm. "I visit tomorrow morning again I promise" Ryū said and left to go home.

Time: 7.30 am, place: Hospital

The Doctor walked inside the room to check on Asuka and Raito but they both have died. Looking at the Monitors to confirm the dead of them both the doctor said "Time of dead 7.35 am."

The Hospital called Ryū to inform her about the dead of her friends. "We are sorry to inform you miss Ryū, but your friends Asuka and Raito have died this Morning. If you want you can visit to say your final goodbyes.."

Time: 7.55 am, place: Ryū's Home

"We are sorry to inform you miss Ryū, but your friends Asuka and Raito have died this Morning. If you want you can visit to say your final goodbyes.." upon hearing this Ryū broke out in tears saying "I will come to visit, thank you for informing me." and hung up.

Time: 8.30 am, place: Hospital

Ryū came to the Hospital and said her final goodbyes. She got asked I there was any family from them both of which Ryū informed them that their families don't live in Japan and it will take some time till they would arrive and that she had already informed them.

Time: ???, place: ???

Asuka woke up. "Where am I?, am I dead?" she looked around. She was on a sandy Beach with a crystal clear blue sea/ocean, the sun was shining. (right picture) Asuka then spotted Raito next to her and woke her up. "Asuka?, where are we?, are we dead?" Raito asked. "I remember that something hit the Car and then everything went black."
Asuka said. Raito said "It looks peaceful here, don't you think?" "Yeah, the sandy beach and the crystal clear water, the sun feels nice and the sky is clear you know if we are dead this is a vey peaceful place to be." Asuka said. "I was imaging the afterlife a whole lot different but this is beautiful." Raito answered. "Mhm", Asuka said, "Such a beautiful place to rest." "I hope Ryū is alright" Raito said. "Me too" Asuka answered.
