Y/n grew up in Germany up until the age of 4 before she moved to America, Her parents said they had more opportunities over here.
Tom grew up in Leipzig, East Germany with his identical twin Bill. In 2001 they decided to form a band. The lead singer was Bill Kaulitz, guitarist Tom Kaulitz, bassist Georg Listing and drummer Gustav Schafer.
