Hello, I'm De, Delihlah Embers. Technically, that is my name, as in what I answer to. But, it's not my true name. Someone, or something's, true name describes who, or what, they are. True names have power and have meaning. They include a person's weakness, their strengths, and their deepest, darkest secrets. Names, true names, are not to be taken lightly.
I find people. I'm one of the few people who still have hope. Well, me and five others, as I was told. My job is to find and teach those five about the art of manipulating light, energy, sound, and gravity, more commonly known as magic. True names are crucial in magic. It, along with the ability to identify true names, is what gives those special people the power to manipulate light, energy, sound, and gravity. My first task is to locate a 14 year-old girl, by the name of Sophi Bancroft.
