Y/n and the other students arrived at the mock battle, she was looking around to see some of the students look quite nervous. She was also feeling nervous and play with her sleeves, hoping that she can calm her nerves.
"Like your application said, today you rock'n boys and girls will be out there conducting ten-minute mock battle in super hip urban settings." Present Mic said, on the intercom, "Okay, okay. Let's check out your targets. There are three types of faux villains in every battle center. You'll earn points based on their level of difficulty, so better choose wisely. Your goal in this trial is to use your Quirk to raise your score by shredding these faux villains like a mid-song guitar solo!"
"Ok, just stay calm and defeat a bunch of targets. Sounds easy peasy." She thought, while she grip her bow handle as she was ready to do whatever it takes to pass this exam.
"Okay, start!" Present Mic said
Everyone was standing still waiting for the countdown, he was confused on why they weren't running and turn on the intercom. "What's wrong? There are no countdowns in real fights! Run, run! The die has been cast, you know!"
Y/n and the other examiner rushed inside the city to earn themselves some points. She was shooting robots with her arrows while also saving some people that was almost about to get crushed.
"Love Breathing Second Form: Love Pangs." Y/n performs a singular, long-winding shots that hit the target at multiple angles.
"Six minutes and two seconds left!"
"I hope I manage to get enough points." She thought, continues to shoot the robots and looking around trying to find some more robots to earn more points.
In another room, there are teachers watching the examinees partaking in this mock battle exam.
"Kanroji Y/N... isn't she the one related to the Love Hashira Kanroji Mitsuri?" One of the teachers asked.
"I guess that mean we finally have a promising student for this year?"
"Well, we can't know for sure yet."
"Their true test is still to come." One of the teacher pressed a button.
There was a sudden destruction of buildings causing the other examinees and Y/n to stop what they were doing. She looked up to see a gigantic robot towering over them while feeling a nervous but stood her guard, as she knows that this one must cost a lot of points.
"An obstacle that will go crazy in narrow spaces. I recommend that you listeners try to avoid it."
The robot punch the ground releases a bunch of debris and dust towards the examinees. Y/n quickly ran away to dodge from of the debris while trying to get herself on top of one of those buildings.
"Less than two minutes left!"
Y/n noticed a girl with orange hair hitting the debris with her giant hand, "Hey! Can you give me a boost so I can get on top of that building."
Kendo nodded and place her giant hand down, letting Y/N get on top of it. As she quickly lift her hand up giving Y/N the boost to fly up in the air, she gripped her bow and pointed at the large robot.
"Love Breathing Third Form: Catlove Shower!" She charged up her arrow and release it, as the arrow was heading towards the large robot which turn into multiple cats that explode once its hit the target. Kendo punch her fist towards the robot leg, causing its to fall down while already being damaged than usual.
"Time's up!"
Y/N landed safely on the girl hand and smiled, "Thanks... are you alright?" She asked, while getting off the girl hand that return to its usual size. "Yeah, that was some quick thinking you got there." Kendo said.
"Thanks!" She said, flustered from the compliment and smiled.
"I hope we be in the same class together." Kendo said, heading off after she was checked by the small old lady for injuries.
"Okay, good work. Good work, good work." The little granny pulled out some gummies from her pocket and hand it to the examinees. "Here you go. Here are some gummies. Eat some gummies."
"Thank you!" Y/n said, eating some gummies and smile
"Yes, yes, you too." Little granny said, healing some of the examinees with a kiss on the forehead.
Y/n headed to home for the today, was greeted by Mitsuri giving her a big hug which almost crushed her. "I'm so glad that you back! I want you to tell me everything that happened during that exam!"
Y/N explain what happen during her exam
A week pass by, Y/n had received an letter from U.A, she went to her room and open the envelope which there was a round object in it, taking the object out and place it on the table which there was a projection of All Might.
"I am here as a projection!" All Might said
"All Might?!" Y/n was shocked to see him, but was feeling nervous as she hoped that she passed the exam.
"You have passed the written exam, along with saving other people earning you 68 rescue point. Kanroji Y/N you have made it to UA, we are pleasure to be seeing on your first day!" He said
The projection closed and was silent for just a moment, until Y/n smiled and jumped around her room. "I can't believe it! I finally made it into U.A.!" Y/n was excited and can finally achieve her dreams of being a hero.
