Fernarndo Sánchez, the protagonist in this great Mexican undercover cop short story, he's a Policía Federal Ministerial, PFM (Federal Ministerial Police) sent to Culiacán, Sinaloa, Mexico. He was tasked to infiltrate the biggest national cartel and bring them down once and for all by capturing the big boss man himself, Joaquín Guzmán Loera or commonly known as El Chapo. Fernando's mission is a strict need to know bases and the only people who know are his captain and some high ranked officers of the Procuraduría General de la República, PGR (Mexico's Office of the General Prosecutor) meaning if this got out to public or lower ranked officers who would be corrupted in the force, Fernando Sánchez would be no more. Fernando Sánchez was able to find a location where some members of the Sinaloa cartel could be. Rodríguez Bars is a popular hang out place for low lifes of the cartel, Fernando was given information by his captain before he was sent to Sinaloa. He sat near the cartel members and they wanted to know why he sat there of all places. Fernando looked at them and looked away. The cartel members grabbed his neck and brought him down to the ground and they started to beat him. They were so impressed with him taking the pain they recruited him.

Fernando Sánchez was sent on his first job to protect the cargo, The Sinaloa Cartel and Gulf Cartel all grouped up in an abandoned warehouse where the location is only disclosed between both parties of the group. This group consisted of thirteen men each and a dealer among each other to negotiate the agreement among the bosses. As Fernando joins the cartel he is left with two choices, snitch them out to the PFM or keep going along with his role to get trusted among their ranks. The ranks consist of the Cartel itself, Lieutenants, Drug Lords, Falcons, Hitmen, and the goons. Once accepted after doing a specific task for the cartel they will be ranked based on trustworthy and mission they've been assigned without fail. These people aren't scared to die and would do it until they're executed. The loyalty belongs in the cartel and will never be broken unless they have a traitor among them which they doubt. As being such a high crime rated organization in Sinaloa they're always highly alerted by police and corruption is among their ranks. As the two parties are negotiating, Fernando's thoughts overcome his fear and make no sudden movement, just to see what will come next. His eyes gaze among the other cartel members seeing who is the strongest and who is the least strongest, as he schemes through them like checking out groceries from a store shelf he notices one guy with a Mac-10 slowly pulling it upwards without anyone noticing. As they continue to talk Fernando Sánchez draws his gun and shoots the Mac-10 guy who was about to shoot both negotiators during the process. He was deceased, Fernando got detained and later questioned as to why he had done that, his response was protecting them and so he noticed that he was going to shoot them while looking very suspicious. This led to the Sinaloa Cartel believing him and thanking him with some cash, after that little incident they decided to compensate the price for the "Minor inconvenience" and so they made a deal. His first mission was a success and is now trusted among their ranks showing his trustworthy skills to the group members. This led to him and the drug lord having a conversation inside the car not knowing what he looks like or who he is.

The drug lord sat on the darker side of the car. You could see Fernando Sánchez clearly with light blaring from outside the window. The drug lord started by congratulating Fernando for saving his cartel from an insane man who was thought to be part of the Gulf cartel. Fernando learned that the man with mac-10 was part of a rival cartel group, and the drug lord started by introducing himself and saying only very few have ever meet him, Joaquín Guzmán Loera, or on the streets as El Chapo, the biggest drug lord of all Mexican cartels. El Chapo wanted to give Fernando another mission but harder than the last one and he would promote Fernando to his personal bodyguard if he succeeds but if not then he will be executed on the spot.

Fernando and some members of the Sinaloa cartel leave for the city of Toronto for a special secret operation. They must smuggle two hundred pounds of drugs of multiple types to every possible destination in Ontario, they will take a private plane to Halifax, Nova Scotia to keep them on the down low and they land in a private plane landing that El Chapo owns for his trips down to Canada. They drive to Toronto with a truck load of the drugs. Fernando is there to make sure all the drugs are sent out to every drug dealer and sold to Ontarians, their best sellers are on the reserves in Ontario. This was a big operation only happens every 3 years but this is the first year that this operation as gone ten times better than it ever has, before Fernando left country back to Sinaloa, he contacted OPP about the drugs, seems that the Sinaloa didn't notice of what happened to lots of the people who were sold drugs and where selling the drugs. As they approached back to Sinaloa and landed, El Chapo contacted Fernando about the operation, he began to tell El Chapo that it was a success and made over fifteen million dollars, with lots of the drug sellers and being arrested. He didn't sound very impressed when he was told about the drug dealers being arrested but he was thrilled about the cash that they brought in even though it's CAN dollars. As we landed all the Sinaloa members were sent away and when Fernando got off the plane, El Chapo was standing right in front of him waiting for him. El Chapo started to clap and congratulated Fernando for the success of selling all of the drugs, even though the drug dealers were arrested, the money that was brought back was given to El Chapo. El Chapo took out at least a hundred thousand dollars and told Fernando to take the money to the bank and convert it to pesos and then head down to Guatemala after the conversation. They have a man that works for them at a bank in Durango. Fernando was sent to the bank alone because El Chapo trusted him and if Fernando were to keep all of the money, El Chapo would send a hitman to kill him. Fernando spent 6 hours driving down to Durango to convert the money. As he got there, he contacted his captain and told him about what happened and the location of where El Chapo will be. The captain knew that they wouldn't have another shot at this, and they gave the command to bring down the drug lord once and for all.

Fernando Sánchez talked to the banker about converting the CAN dollars to pesos, and of course he did, El Chapo contacted the banker before Fernando got there. On the way back his captain contacted him once more and told him once Fernando is in El Chapo's office send the signal of pressing a button on your communicator. Fernando drove to Guatemala where El Chapo was hiding out. Fernando went into the office of El Chapo and dropped the bag of pesos on his desk, El Chapo opened the bag and gave Fernando three hundred thousand pesos for the great work he's done for the cartel, but there was something else. El Chapo continued to say that Fernando doesn't need the money because El Chapo knew that Fernando Sánchez was really part of the PFM. Fernando presses the button to alert his captain. El Chapo stood up and pulled out a gun and told Fernando that he really didn't what to do this. He really liked Fernando and shot Fernando right in the head. The PGR burst through the doors and started to arrest every member of the Sinaloa Cartel. El Chapo made a run for it until he was caught fleeing into his car. PGRs surrounded him, a big manhunt for capturing members of the Sinaloa was initiated after the arrest of the drug lord Joaquín Guzmán Loera. This happened on June 9th 1993 on chargers related to murder and drug trafficking and was sentenced for prison for 20 years and it was later reported that he was involved of the murder of Juan Jesús Posadas Ocampo killed by the Tijuana Cartel during an attack aimed at Joaquín Guzmán Loera. He was brought back to Mexico and was sent to the Federal Social Readaptation Center (often referred to simply as "La Palma" or "Altiplano").

Later in the year a funeral was held for the undercover Mexican, Fernando Sánchez for his great bravery of starting the mission of taking down the drug lord and bringing some peace to Mexico once more. Rest in peace, Sánchez.
