Chapter Two

Giovanni Costello's POV:

I am in Alessandro's office talking about my youngest daughter's disappearance. Everyone misses her she was everyone's bundle of joy, our little principessa. Unfortunately, she was kidnapped when she was only 2 years old by some members of the Russian mafia. We have been looking for her for 11 years now with no luck. My thoughts were cut off by the phone ringing.

"hello, is this, Giovanni Costello?" a lady said

"yes, may I ask who this is?" I replied in a polite tone

"hello, I am Charlette, I am a social worker from America I am ringing about the custody of your daughter Valentina Costello, her foster parents have sadly passed away due to a car accident, would you like to take her in?" she said in a slightly hopeful tone.

"of course, I will take her in, I would like her here in Italy as soon as possible I will send you the details as soon as I sort out my private yet" I spoke swiftly with tears threatening to fall out of my eyes.

"ok thank you so much for taking her in" she replied gratefully

"it's no problem, goodbye" and with that I hung up

I didn't know what to say I'm shocked my little girl is coming home. I quickly looked up remembering my son Alessandro is in here. He looked at me with confusion written all over his face.

"we found her son, she's coming home" I say as I look him in the eyes

As soon as I said that he had tears in his eyes.

"my sorellina is coming home" he whispered

"come on Alessandro we need to tell your brothers, sisters, and mother" I whispered lightly to him

Before walking out of the office, I got Ales to text the family group chat to meet in the living room. After that I made my way to the living room with Alessandro trailing behind me. When I reached the living room, I see everyone was already there sitting with worried and confused looks on their faces.

"I have some very important news" I said happiness very evident in my voice

"what is it dad?" Caterina asked softly

"we found her, we found Valentina" I spoke my voice above a whisper

My wife and daughters gasped with tears forming in their eyes. My wife began sobbing and I rushed towards her holding her in my arms.

"we found her, its ok, we found her" I whispered comforting her while she sobbed in my arms

"OH MY GOD MY BAMBINA IS COMING HOME" Lorenzo squeals

"I can't believe it" Rocco whispered

"dad you're not joking right?" Matteo asked

"please tell me it's not a joke" Angelo said on the verge of tears

I looked at them their eyes hold nothing but hope and happiness.

"she will be here in a couple of hours, Caterina, Sofia and Aurora will pick her up from the airport" I replied in a serious tone

They all nod their heads.

I just can't wait to hold my tesoro, I've missed her so much.

Bianca Costello's POV:

My piccola ragazza is finally coming home. Oh, how I've missed my little ray of sunshine. I miss how she was always waiting for me at the front door for me to come home from work. Oh, my princess how long I have waited to hold you in my arms. I'm so excited to see my youngest girl. Come home soon my bambina.

Caterina Costello POV:

I can't believe my piccola sorellina is coming home after 11 years. Oh, how much I've missed her running around with her cute chubby legs. She would always wait for me and our other siblings to get home from school. She was the cutest, chubbiest baby ever. Right now, she would be 13 years old. She has grown up without her family by her side and I will always hate the Russians for that, how dare they take away my bambina, they will pay for what they have done and they will not die an easy death. I don't want her to be grown up because I want her to stay my little baby for ever. I can't wait to see her.

Sofia Costello POV:

Oh, my sorellina is finally coming home, I can't wait to pick her up and hold her in my arms again. She will always be my baby. I love her and miss her so much. I hope my baby hasn't been through too much. I just wished we could have found her sooner. Everyone missed their little angel so much. Those Russians have no idea what they have done. I can't wait to go see her with my younger sisters.

Aurora Costello POV:

I was only young when my tesoro was kidnapped. I have seen some photos of her though and may I say she was the CUTEST baby ever. I also have some exciting news about my bambina's arrival, IM NOT THE YOUNGEST ANYMORE, so to my dear sister Valentina run while you still can, I love our brothers and sisters so much but let's just say that they are supper overprotective and now that I've given the role of the youngest to you, all I can say is good luck. I can't wait to see you again little one.

Angelo Costello POV:

My bambina you are finally coming home I have missed you so much. I hope you don't mind being pampered because knowing our brothers and sisters you are in for a treat. Oh, how I've missed you waiting for us to get home from sports and school, you running behind us trying to catch us. Fly safe, and we will all be here waiting to see you. See you soon sorellina.

Alessandro Costello POV:

This is the happiest moment of my life I can't believe my tesoro is coming home, although I am angry that the Russian got her, they will pay for what they did. I wish I could pick up my sorellina from the airport, but dad and I unfortunately have an important meeting to attend to, so we are sending the girls to get her. I can't wait for my bambina to come home. See you soon Valentina.

Matteo Costello POV:

She's finally coming home; I can't believe it. The whole family has been so lost without our little bambina. When she was little, she was adorable with her bright blue eyes and curly brown hair. I wonder what she looks like now. I can't wait to see her it's been too long since I last saw my sorellina. Safe travels pumpkin see you soon.

Rocco Costello POV:

I love my sorellina, but I am scared that when she comes back, she will get taken again. Our jobs aren't exactly the safest and I don't think that my family can handle that heart break again. I know I can't. I will try to stay positive for her, but I don't want to get too attached just for her to be ripped away from me again. I love her so much already that I don't know what I would do if anything happened to her again. Although I might not show it, I can't wait to see you my little bundle of joy.

Lorenzo Costello POV:

MY LITTLE TESORO IS BACKKKKK, oh how much I've missed you. I can't wait for you to get here so I can hug you and never let you go. I will take you shopping, get our nails done, our hair. OH MY GOD IM SO EXCITEDDDD. Come home soon bambina we will all be waiting for you.
