Chapter 11

Flik was sitting down, trying to remember his past.

Riou walked in, and sat next to Flik.

"Riou..."

"What are you doing, Flik?"

Flik sighed. "I'm trying to remember my past."

"Flik, your past doesn't matter. What matters now is the present."

"I guess..."

"Listen Flik, we need to save Kirkis from Soniere Prison. That is out goal. Our only goal right now. Flik, you're gonna be a great leader, and I know it." Riou said.

Flik closed his eyes, and nodded. "I know...We've better go and do it..."

Riou nodded. "Who will you bring?"

Tir and Nina walked in together, holding hands.

"Tir, Nina...I'm going to Soniere Prison to free Kirkis..." Flik said.

Tir grinned. "You're bringing me along, right? You can't do it without my protection!" He said.

"Me too; it won't be the same around here without Tir!" Nina said, grinning.

"Okay, so Nina and Tir...Uh, Riou. You can come too." Flik said, and Riou smiled.

"Hix and Tengaar..." Flik said, smiling.

"We might need Klaus, too. He could help us with the strategy. Just in case..." Riou said, grinning.

"If Klaus comes, we all know who will follow..." Tir said, smirking.

"Lily..." They all mumbled.

"But, that's okay. There will be no enemies there. It's just a prison, right?" Tir said, smiling.

"But what about the guards?" Nina asked, looking at Tir.

"Oh right..." Tir said.

"Klaus will protect Lily...If something happens, I'll tell them to run away together back to the castle..." Flik said, calmly.

Nina grabbed Tir's hand, and squeezed it tightly.

"It'll be okay, Nina! I'll be here to protect you. Nothing will happen to you." Tir said, and squeezed her hand back.

Nina smiled, and closed her eyes. "I know..."

Tir smiled back. "That's good..."

"Should I go get Hix and Tengaar?" Riou asked.

Flik nodded. "If you want too." He said.

Riou grinned, and ran out of the room.

Tengaar looked at Hix, who was sitting with his knees up to his chest, having his face hidden in his knees

"Hix, are you okay?" She asked, scooting closer to Hix.

Hix showed his face to Tengaar, then she smiled. "Why wouldn't I be?"

Tengaar shrugged and Hix threw his arm around her.

"Hix...Ever since the last war against the Highland army, I've noticed you were stronger...A better warrior." Tengaar said, and lied her head on his shoulder.

"Tengaar, I'll always need you to help me become a real warrior, no matter what. Even if the unicorn did accept me or not; I go on these adventures to be with you, you know." Hix said, smiling at Tengaar.

"Hix..." Tengaar mumbled.

Riou ran into the room, and looked at Hix and Tengaar.

"R-Riou, what are you doing in here?" Hix asked, and looked at Riou.
