Luna Winchester was considered the perfect girl in Whitechapel. She was a force to be reckon with it, whether you liked it or not.
You would always notice her, every single time she walked into the room. It was like a spotlight was constantly following her. No matter where she went, everyone turned their heads, just to get a glimpse at the pretty blonde. She was basically the standard. Every girl wanted to be just like her and every boy wanted to be with her.
She had it all. It didn't matter what it was, it would somehow fall into the palm of her hand. Even in high school, she immediately shot straight to the top of the social hierarchy due to all academic and athletic achievements that graced her roaster.
She was proclaimed as the smartest girl in school due to her high placement in every subject. It didn't matter if it was calculus, a science, english or even a simple art class, she always had the highest grade. She basically blew all competition out of the water, no one could beat her high score.
It was more common to see her name gracing the honour roll then it was to see snow in April in Canada and that happened a lot.
The teen girl was also complimented for her athletic abilities. She was basically captain of most sports teams in high school. If there was a female team for a certain sport than you were sure to spot Luna in the crowd.
Despite all these achievements you would think that the girl had an self-absorbed or cocky personality but that definitely wasn't the case.
Luna may have be beautiful but she had a heart of gold. She was very kind and caring towards those she respected. If you interacted with her, she never made you feel less than her. She was a genuine person to be around and that made her more well-liked by her fellow peers.
Despite being so perfect in many aspects of her life, she did indeed have a deep dirty secret. Like this secret was so bad that if it were somehow to escape then it could completely ruin her reputation.
And that secret was that she hunted monsters in her spare time.
It's not like she wasn't proud of being hunter but that people would believe Luna Winchester was actually insane if they found out that she was involved in the world monster hunting.
The Whitechapel teenagers were ignorant to the fact that their town was crawling with supernatural activity. They chose to believe that sort of stuff was fake or just in books. So if everyone knew that Luna actually believed in that kind of stuff then would immediately labelled her as a freak.
