As I walk into the school alone, too embarrassed to walk with Chris and his friends, Immediately I am bombarded with questions. "Is Christopher your brother?" "What is he like at home?" "You're so lucky!!" A crowd of girls say as I quietly push through the crowd. It finally simmers down once Christopher, and his friends walk in the building. At this point I take the advantage to run to my cosmetology class.

I enter, first as usual, placing my bag beside my station. "Well good morning, Miss Chan!" My teacher says and I smile slightly bowing. "Good morning, Mr. Yang." With that, students pour into the classroom after Chris and his friends finally made it to theirs. I pity those girls. Chris has told me many times he will not be dating in high school, yet they try so hard. I hope one day someone takes him, so I won't be accused of dating him ever again. "Good morning! Today we will be collaborating with our idol friends to imitate real life work scenarios. You will each be partnered with a random Idol trainee to work with for the rest of the school year. You are all seniors; we trust you can act maturely during our lessons." Mr. Yang says before pulling out a clipboard.
_ Christopher POV _
I made it to my class on time, I hope Y/N did too. My little sister was never made for the Broadway lights. She is very concealed and refuses to open up to anyone. I can't blame her though, her whole life she has been told to mind her own business and stay quiet. I miss the days where she was TOO loud. Today is the day I am once again paired with her for idol simulation because her teacher knows her communication skills. I grab my things and walk into the cosmetology room immediately sitting in front of my sister at her desk when suddenly I feel a hand touch my shoulder. "Excuse me, but I have Seo Changbin listed as Y/N's partner. You are Lee Heebin's partner." Mr. Yang says as he escorts me away. I turn around to see Y/N's face droop into a pitiful expression, but there's nothing I could do. I give her a smile and face my mirror really worried. Changbin is nice but he is a little...blunt and manly. Every conversation we have had has either been about weightlifting or how good and/or bad I look today. Y/N won't survive this semester.
_ Y/N POV _
As Chris leaves my table, I get weak. Talking, out of everything to happen today...talking?! Mr. Yang knows I am horrible with communication amongst peers...so why? Seo Changbin. That's the boy who I told myself I wouldn't talk to. What is the universe doing to me?! I look across the room to see a semi-tall, ripped, handsome guy approaching me. 'This is a dream...' I say to myself. 'All a dream Y/N, calm down'. I look up at this man who is a few feet taller than me and awkwardly smile "You're Christopher's little sister, I trust you to treat me well. I'm Changbin." He says holding out his hand. I go to take his hand, but before I knew it cameras start flashing. "Oh, my gosh she gets to touch his hand!" "Lucky! ~" "She is such a pick me." Girls say swarming the two of us. I hated the attention and I guess Changbin got the hint. He stood in front of me as if he was guarding me and sighed "Go on, your partners are waiting". Did he just defend me? I guess I am his best friend's little sister. I pull out the chair for him to sit and he does so.
_ Changbin POV _
My partner is so fragile, she can't take any publicity. Polar opposite of her brother. I myself am scared to start a conversation; I would hate to discomfort her. I guess I have no choice. "You look nice today" I say smiling hoping to get a good reaction, but all I got was a quick smile. Am I that scary? Or is she just deeply in love with me? Who knows, maybe it's both. If I was Chris' sister, I'd want to date me too. My ego has always been large if you haven't found that out yet. I'm sure she will understand.
_ Y/N POV _
Why is he talking to me? He probably feels bad. "Sorry, I am really bad at talking to new people." I say prepping my table. He smiles and lets out a little laugh "No worries, Just know you don't have to be so scared around me alright?". Those words made me feel safe somehow. Maybe his tone, but I loved it. "Thank you Changbin." I say allowing a small smile to form on my face. With that, the assignment begins.
