Hello, I am doing a Sans tier list in terms of strength, going from the weakest Sans to the strongest Sans. If I have counted correctly, this list has a grand total of roughly 100 different AU's in it. So this'll be a long one. Before we get into it though, let's go over some ground rules:
1. No godverse characters are included. I honestly loathe godverse and so I can avoid adding people like everything! sans or wiki! Sans into this, for obvious reasons.
2. Only Canon variants. This is so we can't have things like hyperdust or the argument that horror is immortal so should be higher on the list.
3. This will only be Sans' on this list, so Underswap Papyrus won't be here, but Underswap Sans will be. And if it is an AU where Sans isn't in it, then I'll be doing the person in the place of Sans, so for example, painted plummet Jaiden will be here due to Sans not being in the AU.
And that's about all. So let's do this.
Littletale Sans

Littletale Sans is Undertale Sans but younger while still possessing the same powers as Undertale Sans. Due to being younger, he's less powerful and doesn't have as much stamina as Undertale Sans. Making him one of the weakest Sans'.
Science Sans

Science Sans is another young Undertale Sans but not as young as Littletale, so he's also smarter, and is stronger than Littletale, but not as strong as Undertale Sans. He does also have quite a joyful personality, similarly to Littletale Sans.
Horror Sans

This'll be a controversial placement. Horror Sans is Undertale Sans approximately 7 years after Frisk completed a neutral route and the underground has gone into a state of hunger and insanity. The main reason I'm putting him above Littletale and Science Sans is because of his ability to explode people and his ability to create a bone axe, despite rarely using these abilities in Horrortale. He is below Undertale Sans due to his violent mood swings and mental disorders which typically hinder him, and how he (seemingly) cannot use gaster blasters at the current point of Horrortale. Giving him a major disadvantage. Horror sans does have inhumane strength due to how he almost ripped of eliza's (half-cooked) arm and began to tear off her ear before being interrupted, but that, in my opinion, isn't enough to put him any higher in terms of strength.
Negativetale Sans

Negativetale Sans is a Sans that is the polar opposite of Undertale Sans, he is a very weak monster in Negativetale and sells hotdog buns at an illegal stand due to not being able to afford the meat. He is a pickpocketer and has a crack in his skull due to an argument with Papyrus, where Papyrus caused the crack in his skull and took his left eye out, making it so he cannot activate his bad time mode. Negativetale Sans has the exact same abilities as Undertale Sans but is a little weaker due to having his eye removed.
Storyshift Sans

Storyshift Sans is a Sans that has swapped with Asgore, and so if the king of the underground. He has the exact same abilities as Undertale Sans, except when he fights Frisk, he does not have any KR due to it only working on people with LV. But during his genocide fight, it works like Undertale Sans. The main reason I'm putting him below Undertale Sans in terms of strength is due to his unending sadness since Papyrus abandoned him thanks to his plan to kill 7 humans. But other than that, he is basically identical to Undertale Sans.
