Summer had ended and everyone was back to school. The kids were getting older. Kiri and Lo'ak are both 15 now, Tuk is in third grade, Neteyam and Ao'nung are official, and Neytiri is still crying when she looks at old photos of the family.

Ao'nung topped the swimming teams at school, Neteyam does track as a school related sport, Lo'ak and his basketball team won the first 4 games of the season, Rotxo is almost completely finished with 6.0 (his robot), Kiri is at the top of her class in Arts and English, Tsireya is cheer captain, and Tuk won first place in her baking soda volcano science project.

There was a Halloween party coming up and Ao'nung thought it would be a good idea to take Neteyam. They were going to have matching costumes. Technically not costumes, more like pajama onesies.

Kiri and Tsireya were going out as Shego and Kim from Kim possible. Rotxo was going with them for the fun of it. Lo'ak was being trusted enough to take Tuk trick-or-treating, and Neteyam and Ao'nung were going to a party.

It was around 6pm. The party started at 7 but ended really late. Ao'nung walked out into the living room in the shark onesie that matched Neteyam's. "I feel really stupid right now-" "Well you look cute! I like it" Neteyam walked over to him and gave him a big hug. "I think you look adorable." "Well, if you like it. I'm wearing a tank and shorts under this so I can ditch it later." "But it's so soft and warm!" "Hey! Are you trying to replace me?!" Neteyam laughed. "No! Never!"

Ronal gave a small lecture to Ao'nung before he drove away, like always. "I hope you know I'm only wearing this for you." "Yes I know. Thank youuu!"After they arrived at the party, more people started to show up. The party was reserved at a club that surprisingly didn't need IDs. The more people came in, the louder the music got. Everyone was having a good time. Almost everyone from school was there. Neteyam was sitting next to Ao'nung when a random girl came over and started to perform a small lap dance on him. He looked at Neteyam clearly requesting help. Neteyam smirked, raised his eyebrows, and looked away until the girl left.

Ao'nung covered his eyes in awkwardness and humiliation. Neteyam stood up and sat on his lap. "What are yo-" "I thought you needed help?" Neteyam crossed his legs. "Well YEAH I needed help like 50 seconds ago!!" "I am helping" Neteyam smiled. "She's not gonna come back if I'm sitting here," He bragged. "Good. So stay here" Ao'nung grabbed his waist and held him in position. "WOAH- jeez.." Neteyam chuckled.

Neteyam swiftly turned around and faced Ao'nung, leaving only inches between their lips. "I'm gonna go get us some drinks. I'll be right back" Neteyam whispered. He stood up and walked to the bar counter. Two girls came over and sat next to Ao'nung. "Look if you're gonna dance-" "Ao'nung it's me! Sammi" "Oh thank god. I didn't know you were coming." "Yeah. Pretty late invite. I wanted to surprise Neteyam but I didn't want to ruin you and your little friend's moment" Sammi snickered. "Hu-.." Ao'nung looked in his lap. "Jesus Sammi you had to make it known didn't you.." "Yup!" She laughed. "Anywho, this is Jaz! She's my girlfriend. You know, the one I talk about every time we have a conversation." "Hello Jaz. It's nice to meet you" Jaz did a small shy wave. "It's alright baby, he doesn't bite. Well, definitely not him... He's Neteyam's boyfriend! The shy one he talked about." "Alright I'm not sure how I feel about this conversation now-" Ao'nung chuckled.

Neteyam had been sipping his drink as he walked back to Ao'nung. "Oh hi Sam-" Neteyam grabbed his stomach in pain and instantly collapsed. "Neteyam!?" Ao'nung, Sammi, and Jaz ran to him. "Neteyam? Neteyam are you okay?!" Ao'nung slightly shook him to see if he responded, but he didn't. "Neteyam you're scaring me.." "Oh my god what Happened!?" "I- I don't know..! He just fell!" People started to crowd around them, murmuring quietly. Ao'nung checked for a pulse, but it was very faint. "Sammi, call 9-1-1! Quickly please!" Sammi called and requested an ambulance. "He's- we don't know what happened! He just collapsed!" "Alright ma'am I need you to calm down."
