"Ok he's not your boyfriend got it, so then who is he?" Celeste asked "jin kanzaki and you are?" Jin asked "Celeste nougami one of her quadruplet sisters" Celeste said pointing at Eden
"Get your finger out of my face before I rip it off your hand" Eden said annoyed "stingy, anyway it was nice meeting you bye" Celeste said running off
"So when are you moving in" Jin said Eden facepalmed and sighed "tomorrow" Eden said "Your that eager to move in" jin said with a smirk "I will end you" Eden said annoyed
The next day...
Jin opened the door seeing Eden with a box of her things "you need help" jin asked "no I don't, I only have a few boxes to carry I don't need your help" Eden said with a huff
Jin's pov
For some strange reason I feel like she's being a little hostile towards me, I wonder why that is she seems to act like that towards everyone though
I saw her carrying a box that she seemed to be struggling with "hey that looks heavy do you need help" I said offering my help
"I am fine, this is...ooof" she Tripped and I grabbed her by the waist stopping her from falling to the ground I saw her ears redden "are you sure you don't need my help" I said with a smirk
"Fiiiiine" she growled in a low tone and put the heavy box in my arms while she carried the last box honestly I thought she would have more things
"Why didn't you have more things to bring" I said "because I'm not a hoarder I don't bring things I don't use anymore" she said
Her cellphone started ringing she got annoyed but didn't answer it "your not gonna answer it?" I asked looking at her in confusion
"Not gonna answer it" she said her phone still kept ringing she groaned in annoyance grabbing it out of her pocket "what in all God's time, what!" Eden said annoyed
A figure spoke from the doorway "don't speak that way to me young lady you know better" I saw a woman with shoulder length brown hair and dark blue eyes

"Your lucky I even picked up at all what are you doing here mom I'm trying to move into my new apartment right now" Eden said
"Oh just wanted to see if I could bring some of the stuff you forgot about" she said pulling out a small box and giving it to Eden
Eden's pov
I puffed my cheeks and sighed "thanks" I said with a hint of sadness in my voice I felt a gaze on me 'I'm not going to acknowledge him I refuse to accept that I'm living with my soulmate' I thought to myself blushing a little
"So who is this young man" mom asked while looking at jin "he's my roommate" I said clearing my throat mom smirked 'don't you dare woman' I thought to myself annoyed
"Are you sure he's just your roommate" mom said "mom please I'm trying not to get angry, but I'm this close to losing it" I groaned in annoyance and facepalmed
"Ok, ok I'll leave but don't forget to come over for dinner sometime, also bring your roommate I'm sure he'd love a good meal" mom emphasized on roommate
"Mom just go!" I said in embarrassment I could hear mom snickering 'I'm sure Damian told her since he can't keep his damn mouth shut' I thought to myself
"So what's in the box?" Jin asked eyeing the small box in my hands "it's none of your damn business" I said turning to go to my room
I locked the door to my room only to see my familiar I cover my mouth holding in a gasp "God don't ever scare me like that" I said

"Why are you hiding away from your soulmate" my fairy sprite familiar amethyst said "I don't have time for lovey dovey stuff" I said
"Come on don't be so boring" she said "will you keep your voice down I don't want him getting suspicious why I'm talking with someone in my room" I said flicking her forehead
"Your father is still wondering when you're going to succeed him" amethyst said I sighed "tell him I'm not interested and I'm not talking to him, I loathe him" I said
"You two had a great father, daughter bond" amethyst said "what bond he's just selfish and arrogant and do you know how many times I've been told I'm going to be the successor of a demon I want Nothing to do with him" I said
Then all of a sudden dad appears in my room "holy shi....ugh, don't you guys ever warn someone god in heaven my heart almost stopped" I said
3rd person pov
"I'm waiting for you to succeed me" neuro said "yeah, well go to hell old man because as you can see I'm busy unpacking" Eden said
"You could just use your powers to unpack everything" neuro said "no because I have a roommate who will get suspicious if he finds me with an already finished bedroom" Eden said
"Your soulmate right" neuro said smirking in amusement "damn you, will you just leave already" Eden said in annoyance
To her surprise neuro sighed then left her alone "good riddance" Eden said as she started to unpack while amethyst the fairy sprite familiar went into her birdhouse to sleep and dream
About 2 hours later...
The boxes were finally empty all of her things were unpacked and she opened her laptop to video call her sister Akuma who was in metropolis
Akuma answers the video call and looks at Eden "hey so did you find a place to live yet" Akuma said "sort of" Eden said "what do you mean sort of?" Akuma said 'boy is she gonna flip when she hears this'
