SIYA'S POV

Have you ever heard of fairy tales? The ones where life becomes unimaginably beautiful, just as we dream it to be. Stories where the prince and princess unite in the end and live happily ever after. My life feels just like one of those fairy tales.
I was never the hopeless romantic type—the kind of girl who loses herself in romantic novels or dreamy stories, imagining life as one big romance. I never dreamt of a prince riding in on a white horse.
That’s not who I was. I’ve always been practical. A girl who focused on living in the present and working hard for a better future.
But ever since Arjun came into my life, everything has changed. My life feels like a beautiful fairy tale. Every day, I discover a new version of myself.
I never believed in love’s transformative power, but now, I see it’s true. People do change when they’re in love.
Take Arjun, for example. He’s changed so much. Sometimes, I can’t believe he’s the same Arjun everyone used to call rude and grumpy.
After spending so much time with him, I’ve realized how wrong people’s opinions about him are. Sure, he gets angry sometimes, but deep down, he’s kind and caring.
I feel like the luckiest girl in the world to have someone like him by my side. He’s everything a girl could ask for—trustworthy, respectful, and endlessly loving.
He’s a true gentleman.
I still remember the moment I confessed my love to him. His joy was unmatched. It was as if I’d given him a reason to live, as though his biggest dream had finally come true.
I’m so lucky to have him. I love him beyond words!
My thoughts are interrupted when I feel two strong, veiny hands wrap around my slender waist and the warmth of his breath against my neck.
My heart begins to race—only one person could make me feel this way.
"Ugh! You're here, and I've been looking for you all over the house. What are you doing here?"
He whined like a child, his tone was playful yet annoyed.
"I'm here to prepare your coffee. You need to leave early today for an important meeting that cannot be postponed under any circumstances. There's no room for negotiation, Mr. Rathore." I told him.
He often postpones his meetings just to spend more time with me. Not that I don’t enjoy it, but work is important too, right?
"Oh, fine. If you insist—but you have to reward me for it."
I couldn’t help but smile. It’s still surprising to me how much he’s changed. I never imagined Arjun Sir, the once cold and distant man, could be so endearing or romantic.
On the surface, he comes across as rude, bossy, and arrogant. But underneath all of that, he’s just a lonely person who craves love and care.
I’ve made it my mission to ensure he never feels alone again.
Suddenly, he pulled me close, leaning down until his lips were near my ear.
"What are you thinking, Siya?"
My heart started racing, and I could feel my cheeks heating up, turning red like a tomato.
I couldn’t bring myself to speak, so I shook my head, hoping he’d get the message.
