Chapter 1

It was a typical Friday night in Hollywood. The stars were out, the paparazzi were snapping pictures, and the clubs were packed. In the middle of it all were two celebrities who couldn't stand each other.

Madison and Dylan had been feuding for years. It started with a minor disagreement over a movie role, but it quickly escalated into a full-blown rivalry. Fans of both celebrities were divided, and the tabloids loved it.

Despite their mutual animosity, Madison and Dylan found themselves at the same club that night, invited with the same circle of friends. They were both there to blow off some steam and forget about their problems for a while.

They were there with their respective entourages, but they couldn't help but notice each other across the crowded room. Madison was wearing a stunning black dress that hugged her curves in all the right places. Dylan was in a sharp suit that showed off his broad shoulders and chiseled jawline.

Madison was sipping on a cocktail at the bar when she spotted Dylan across the room. He was surrounded by a group of people, such as his co-stars and just close friends, laughing and joking around.
Madison rolled her eyes and turned away. She didn't want to deal with him tonight. Madison's best friend, Betty, nudged her and whispered, "Look who's here tonight. It's your arch-nemesis." She said jokingly as they are in the same group of friends.
But as fate would have it, Dylan ended up at the bar next to her. They both pretended not to notice each other, but the tension was very hot in the air, making Betty walk away to their table with other celebrities and close friends of Madison.

After a few minutes of awkward silence, Dylan turned to Madison and said, "You know, for someone who hates me so much, you sure seem to be following me around."

Madison scoffed. "I'm not following you. I was invited here."

"Right," Dylan said, rolling his eyes. "Well, I'm not going to let you ruin my night. I'm going to go dance."

Madison watched as Dylan walked away, feeling a strange mix of anger and attraction. She hated him, but there was something about him that she couldn't resist. Obviously she found the man attractive, enough to stare at him across the club.

As the night went on, Madison and Dylan found themselves crossing paths again and again. As Madison was close friends with his co-stars and best friends such as Thomas Brodie Sangster. During the night they argued, they flirted, and they argued some more.

Madison and Dylan had been drinking for a while, and their inhibitions were starting to fade. They were both feeling a little tipsy, and they started to let their guards down.

Madison and Dylan had been drinking for a while, and they were both feeling a little aggressive. They were sitting at the table that was once filled with their shared group of friends, and they started to get into a heated argument.

"You know what your problem is, Dylan?" Madison slurred. "You're always so damn arrogant. You think you're better than everyone else, but you're not."

Dylan rolled his eyes. "Oh, please. You're one to talk, Madison. You're the biggest diva I've ever met. You think the world revolves around you."

Madison glared at him. "I am not a diva. I just know what I want, and I won't let anyone stand in my way."

Dylan shook his head. "Yeah, that's your problem. You're so focused on yourself that you don't care who you hurt along the way."

Madison scoffed. "And you're not? You're just as bad as I am, Dylan. You're always trying to one-up me, always trying to prove that you're better."

Dylan leaned in. "Maybe that's because I am better. Maybe I'm just tired of playing second fiddle to you all the time."

Madison narrowed her eyes. "You're not better than me, Dylan. You're just a little boy who's trying to play with the big kids."

Dylan laughed. "Is that what you think? You think you're a big kid, Madison? You're just a spoiled brat who's never had to work for anything in her life."

Madison stood up, knocking over her drink. "How dare you. You don't know anything about me, Dylan. You don't know what I've been through, what I've had to sacrifice to get where I am."

Dylan stood up too, his fists clenched. "Oh, please. You act like you're the only one who's ever had to work hard. You're just a little princess who's never had to deal with real problems."

As Madison and Dylan continued to argue in the club, their best friends Thomas and Betty arrived on the scene. They could hear the shouting from the bar, and they knew they needed to intervene.

"Hey, hey, what's going on here?" Thomas said, stepping between Madison and Dylan.

Madison glared at him. "Stay out of this, Thomas. This doesn't concern you."

Betty stepped up next to him. "Actually, it does concern us. You two are our friends, and we don't want to see you fighting like this."

Dylan scoffed. "Friends? You're not our friends. You're just trying to get in the way." Dylan says as his drunken mind takes over.

Thomas shook his head. "No, we're not trying to get in the way. We're trying to help. Whatever this argument is about, it's not worth fighting over."

Madison crossed her arms. "You don't understand, Thomas. Dylan is being a total jerk right now. He's saying all these awful things to me, and I can't just let him get away with it."

Dylan rolled his eyes. "Oh, please. You're the one who started this whole thing. You're always so dramatic, Madison."

Thomas and Betty tried to intervene and calm them down, but things escalated quickly. Madison and Dylan were both drunk and too aggressive. Thomas knew they had to get them home separately.

"Okay, okay, let's all just calm down for a minute," Thomas said. "Dylan, I'll take you home. Betty, can you take Madison?"

Betty nodded. "Sure, I can do that. Let's get them out of here before the situation gets worse."

Thomas and Betty led Madison and Dylan away from each other. Madison was crying, and Betty put her arm around her to comfort her. Thomas walked with Dylan, trying to keep him from lashing out at anyone else.

It was a difficult walk home, but eventually they made it. Betty helped Madison into her apartment, making sure she was safe before leaving. Thomas did the same with Dylan, staying with him until he fell asleep.
