Chapter 5: Izuku's Recovery and IzuOcha Confession

All Might left the palace when Ochaco came back with food for Izuku, All Might also had some things to do back at UA. Ochaco helped Izuku eat the food prepared for him, like she did before. Then she ate her food while letting the boy rest, they talked about things that they were into and other things. Dr. Haruka came to check up on Izuku once again as the two were talking and becoming great friends. Izuku fell asleep shortly after being checked up on by Dr. Haruka, Ochaco stayed with Izuku overnight to make sure that he gets the rest he needs. Akina brought Ochaco her nightgown so that she didn't need to sleep in her dress that she wore all day.

Ochaco went into the bathroom inside the infirmary to change her clothing, she gave her dirty clothes to Akina, so that they could be placed into the hamper to be washed. Ochaco then went back to her seat next to Izuku who was sleeping peacefully, a smile crossed the girl's face. Before sitting down, she leaned down and placed a gentle kiss on Izuku's forehead.

She sat down and observed the sleeping boy making sure that it was alright for her to sleep as well. When she saw that he was calm and sleeping like a small child, she smiled before scooting her chair closer to Izuku's bed before laying her head on her arms that rested on Izuku's bed. She slowly closed her eyes to get some sleep after observing Izuku all afternoon.

In the middle of the night Ochaco woke up to screaming and the bed moving too much, she sat up and saw that Izuku was having another nightmare. She calmly ran her hand across his face and through his hair. "Shh, it's ok, I'm here no one will harm you again." Ochaco said soothingly to calm down Izuku, his breathing got calmer, indicating that he was calming down. "That's it, calm down, I will make sure that you are safe and protected." Ochaco whispered to the sleeping boy who was now calm and sleeping peacefully once more. Ochaco stayed up for an hour to make sure that Izuku was ok and not having any more nightmares that night.

The poor princess didn't get back to sleep until 2:21 in the morning, she was just making sure that Izuku was ok, that's what made her such an amazing and selfless person.

The next morning Izuku woke up and he noticed that Ochaco was still asleep, he blushed since she was there all night and wondered why she wasn't up yet. Dr. Haruka walked over and started checking Izuku, "Hey, can I ask a question?" Izuku asked the doctor, "Yes go ahead,"

"Did the princess stay here all night?"

Dr. Haruka smiled and nodded, "Yes, she didn't move from that spot. Apparently, you had a nightmare last night at around 1:21 this morning. She stayed up an hour after it happened to make sure that you where ok." He answered, Izuku smiled as he looked at Ochaco's adorable sleeping face. 'Thanks for worrying about me.' He thought, and then he remembered the kiss she gave him on the forehead last night. A blush crossed his face as well as a loving smile, this didn't go unnoticed by Dr. Haruka. He smiled but didn't want to bring the topic up.

"Alright Mr. Midoriya, I think It's time we change your bandages. I will move the princess so it's easier for me to take care of your wounds and not disturb her sleep." Said Dr. Haruka, Izuku nodded and watched as the black-haired doctor walked over to Ochaco and gently picked her up, before moving her to another bed next to Izuku, the curtain to the bed ware Ochaco was resting now was closed so that Dr. Haruka could give Izuku some privacy while his bandages got changed.

After Izuku's bandages were changed Dr. Haruka went back to his desk and Izuku thought about how Ochaco has been taking care of him ever since yesterday when she found him injured outside of UA's gates. After an hour Ochaco woke up and found herself in another hospital bed, she got up, stretched, and walked back over to the bed where Izuku was and saw that he was awake. She smiled when she saw him, he looked over to her and returned the smile. "Good Morning," He greeted, "Morning," She greeted back as she yawned and rubbed her eyes, Ochaco walked over and sat back down in her spot next to Izuku.
