Naruto was standing on the top of the Hokage monument, reminiscing about his journey so far. It had been years since he had passed the mantle of Hokage to another worthy successor, but his memories of his younger days were still fresh in his mind. Suddenly, he heard a familiar voice calling out to him.

"Hey there, Naruto! Long time no see!" It was none other than his old friend and teammate, Sasuke.

"Sasuke, what are you doing here?" Naruto asked, surprised.

"I heard you were in town and decided to pay you a visit. It's been too long," Sasuke said as he climbed up the monument to stand beside Naruto.

The two of them stood in silence for a few moments before Sasuke broke it. "You know, sometimes I still can't believe how far we've come. From rivals to friends, then enemies, and finally back to friends again. It's been quite the journey."

Naruto nodded, "Yeah, it has. But we wouldn't be here if it weren't for our friends and teachers who helped us along the way."

Sasuke smiled in agreement. "Remember when we first met Kakashi-sensei? We were just little brats then."

They both laughed at the memory and continued to reminisce about their past adventures together. As they talked, Naruto realized how much he missed their old squad and how much he wanted to see them all again.

"Sasuke, do you think we can get the old team back together? Even for just one mission?" Naruto asked excitedly.

Sasuke smirked, "You know me, Naruto. I'm always up for a good mission."

And so, Naruto sent out messages to their old teammates, Sakura and Kakashi, inviting them to join them on a mission. To his delight, they all agreed to come.

The old squad arrived at the Leaf village, ready to take on whatever mission was given to them. As they walked together through the village, they couldn't help but feel a sense of nostalgia wash over them. It was as if they had never left.

Their mission was a simple one: to deliver a package to a village on the outskirts of the Leaf village. But as they made their way there, they encountered obstacles that tested their skills and teamwork, just like old times.

In the end, they successfully completed the mission, but it was the time they spent together that was the most memorable.

As they sat together on top of the Hokage monument once more, watching the sun set, Naruto couldn't help but feel grateful for his team and the journey they had shared. He knew that no matter where life took them, they would always be there for each other.

And with that thought in mind, Naruto smiled, feeling content with the life he had built for himself with the help of his friends.
