New Girl in Town!

-Your pov-

I opened the car door and stepped on the concrete. I had just arrived at my new house in Echo Creek, (the state). I took out my bags and took a deep breath. I knew that I would have to make friends in my new school, thats not what I was worried about, I was afraid  I wouldn't fit in.
-Your prov-

"Here are all the classes you will go to." The principle said as he handed them to me.
"Thank you." I mumbled and I started walking out the door he called me back.
"W-wait! Do you need a guide? Oh of course you do, wait here I'll calling safe-kid." He picked up his telephone on his desk and I just waited, I could have managed alone but I stayed quiet and thought,
"What? Safe-Kid? What kind of name is that?"
I held my books to my chest as I waited. Moments later, I looked up to see the door open and a dark brown haired boy came walking to the room and layed his hand on the principle's desk, clearly he didn't see me.
"So what kind of trouble am I in? Am I getting suspended? Oh I know I did some thing wrong right Principle?"
He must of really wanted to get in trouble cause he wasn't talking nevously, he was actually speaking quite proudly.
"No Safe-Kid you are not in trouble. We have a new student at Echo Creek Academy, your going to be her tour."
The principle must be teasing him, I thought.
"My name is NOT Safe-kid! It-"
"Enough chatting! Go and show her around."
He pointed at me and then at the direction of the door. Safe boy mummbled a little and put his hands in his pockets and walked out. I wasn't sure if I wanted to follow him, but a glance at the principle made me change my mind quickly and picked up my backpack and follow him out, I honestly thought he couldn't careless about me until he spoke,
"Sorry about all that. I get really annoyed when they call me Safe-kid."
He rubbed the back of his head as he spoke,
"Im Marco by the way, Marco Diaz."
He put his hand in front of me and we shook hands.
"Y/N"
I said shyly,
"Oh sorry, I guess I didn't take you for bieng shy.."
I looked up at him with a glare, I don't like when they say that, I take that as a threat.

-Marco's prov-
I must have said something wrong because she didn't look so pleased at me. I stood akwardly as she gazed at me.
"Sorry.. Did I say something wrong?"
She didn't respond.
I didn't move a muscle for a few moments when I heard a familiar voice.
"Hey Marco!"
Star!
"Who is this? Ooh is it that new girl that there was a rumor about? Oh yeah she is!"
Star overreacted when new students arrived at this school, but im glad her curiosity stopped the akwardness.
"Hi! Im Star Butterfly! I'm from another dimension!"
"What? From another dimension? How is that possible?"
Y/N didn't seem angered any more, I gave a sigh of relief.
"Oh yeah! I fight monsters all the time! Ooh and I could do this!"
Star blasted hundrends of flowers on Y/N and I watched as Y/N disappered in the flowers.
"Y/N!"
I ran torwards the flower flood.

-Your prov-
I couldn't breathe in the flood of flowers. I gasped for air as I tried to swin out of the flowers. I streached my arm out to see if there was any way I could get out, then I felt a smooth warm hand grab my wrist and pulled me out. Once I was out, I gasped for air and looked up at who was holding my hand and had saved me, it was Marco.

-Marco's prov-

"Are you okay? Do you need to go to the nurses office?"
I was panicking, I must know is she is okay.
"I'm fine Marco."
She coughed after word which made me more worried, she says she is fine but i don't believe her.
"I'm so sorry Y/N! Here I will help you up!"
Star and I helped Y/N off the floor. The bell rang, guess it must have been the end of the day.
"Hey Y/N, let me show you to your locker, can you show me your paper?"
She hands me her locker number.
"Cool, it's right next to mine!"
She followed me to my locker and Star went to hers. I opened her locker and gave her back her papers.
"Yeah, so you wanna maybe hang out some time?"
Why did I ask her that? Of course she is going to say no! After all that happened today.
"Sure. Why not."
Sure?
"Oh um okay see you tomorrow!"
She turnned and headed for the door. For some reason I blushed as I saw her leave, I shook my head to snap out. Marco! What are you doing? You just met her! And besides you like Jakie!
