Nazeera-Bella there's a letter for you.

Bella- From who?

Nazeera- From Ashton.

Bella- Really? Sometimes I question his formality...

My mom laughs as she hands me the letter

Nazeera-You can thank his father who eats his cookies with a knife and fork.

I laugh as my mom leaves the room, I open the letter Ashton sent me

Dear Bella,

Meet me tonight at 8:30 at the lake as I make it up to you with a wonderful surprise I have for you, I promise it'll be worth the night, and you will enjoy every hit of it.

I don't know what this guy is up to but one thing about Ashton is that he keeps his word, I look at the clock and it says 8:00 I get up from my bed and start to get ready

I'm nervous right now I have 10 minutes before Bella comes here and sees the surprise. The lake is now filled with fairy lights with the help of my dad and uncle a table filled with rose petals I asked Aunt Nazeera to make Bellas's favorite food and handed her the letter to give to Bella, it's a cliche I know but the girl reads romance books and I need to live up to her expectations tho at the same time why I do I care about her books? As I wonder that I see her walking towards me looking shocked as she sees the surprise I grin at her reaction and walk towards her

Ashton- Surprise Bells

Bella-You we were not joking when you said you would make it up to me!

Ashton- I owe this to you...it's time I make an effort for you.

Bella-Ash this is more than enough for me thank you so much!!

She hugs me tightly as I wrap my arms around her relief that she loves the surprise

Ashton- This is only the first surprise so let's eat so I can show you the second one.

Bella- Your kidding?

I shake my head as I guide her to our table, I pull the seat out for her and we started digging into our food

Bella- Who helped you do all of this? How long did this also take? And how did you come up with this?

Ashton- Alright calm down (chuckle) first of all my dad uncle and I set up the lights, your mom cooked the food and my mom helped with the other surprise, second it only took an hour to do this all, and third I asked your dad for help he said that you've always wanted this so I decided to take the opportunity.

Bella- Wow...I really can't thank you enough for this but I swear I'll make it up to you somehow.

This girl manages to impress me every day with the fact I'm the one who owes her an apology and a kind gesture for my troubles she's still telling me she will make it up to me I don't deserve her at all but I'm willing to give her everything exchange for that

Ashton- Are you ready for your next surprise?

She nods with a thrill in her eyes as I show her a wooden boat hiding behind a tree with an oar and two lanterns, Bella then looks at me like she figured out my next plan for our night

Bella- ARE WE RECREATING TANGLED?!?!

I laugh at her enthusiasm I honestly find it adorable I grab her hand and slowly placed her inside the boat and pushed it off the water as I get it, once we were in the middle of the lake I grab the lanterns behind me and handed her a marker

Ashton- Write a wish on the lanterns and we will light it up.

Bella- How about we both make one wish?

Ashton- Alright if that's what you want.

We both write our wishes Bella wished for our friendship to last forever while I wrote something in French

Bella- No fair I can't translate that! What does it mean Ash?

Ashton- When it comes true I'll tell you.

She sighs in annoyance and lit up the lanterns with me, she watched the lanterns fly up the sky as I admire her beauty under the moonlight

Don't worry my love you will find out my wish sooner or later
