Sophia Laporta was a common name around the football industry. The 21 year old had taken her spot in the Barcelona team with pride and it was clear as day to everyone who ever doubted her participation due to her age that she made things better. 

Obviously she didn't solve the financial issues, however, she had a close bond with lot of the younger players and therefore she had an easier way to convince them on taking part in maybe a few stuff they would be running in the opposite direction and the marketing team couldn't cross the boundaries that she could. 

Besides that, she was very proud to say she had her own skin care line, turns out the football addict wanted to do something else at the end of the day and it was clear as day that Rhode (author here: sorry, im obsessed with rhode had to use it) was her pride and joy outside of football and it brought her some fulfillment outside of it. 

Rhode was a project she randomly decided to take on while she was studying abroad in London, she was bored and while she was away from Barcelona it was good for her to put her interest somewhere else, now, it was clear as day that it payed off. 

London always held a special place in her heart, she had decided on the year abroad in her university spontaneously after breaking up with her ex boyfriend in the past year and applied for it without mentioning to anyone.

Needless to say it caused chaos in her family and in the Barcelona locker room. But she went anyways. 

She was glad she did. 

Sophia made some incredible friends in her course, but the one that she stuck around the most had to be Lily. Even though they were doing completely different courses. 

Lily was an engineering and she was absolutely insane and addicted to cars and any motorsport event there was. The fact her boyfriend was a Formula 1 driver also helped the case. 

Their friendship surprisingly continued as strong as ever even when the Spanish girl moved back to Barcelona, she didn't expect it to be like that, it wasn't with the rest of the friends she made, however, her and Lily were in close contact at all time and she was extremely upset that the last Barcelona Grand Prix she wasn't in town to be able to go and watch with her friend and also support Oscar, who she had become friends by default. 

With this being said, she was shocked when yesterday she received the infamous call from Lily and Oscar that they would be arriving to stay at her house the next day and they would bring Lando Norris. 

Something regarding needing her help. 

There wasn't a lot of knowledge on her end regarding the aussie's teammate but she always heard a glimpse of a new gossip coming from the couple about his manwhore ways. 

Except she grew up seeing footballers act the same way, it wasn't a surprise for her. In fact, she had taught a lot of tricks to her best friends on how to be discreet, even thought they didn't follow through it all the time. 

With no choice other than acceptance since she wouldn't deny the last minute visit in the middle of their winter break she just gave them the codes needed to enter the house while she would be at work and tidied the house to the best of her ability, which wasn't a lot and she had Gavi, Pedri, Balde, Ferran and Fermin there the night before which meant it was even messier. 

— Hello best friend, give me a ride? — Gavi asked smiling and she rolled her eyes nodding

The youngster had been recovering positively and she couldn't be happier, the initial stages were terrifying and she knew it might had been the hardest time for the player who life revolved around football. 

— Yeah, I'm done for the day already — She smiled and grabbed her stuff — I thought you could drive already?

— I can, just came with Fermin today and Xavi is giving them extra practice, I just want to rest at home to be honest — He said and she nodded — Want to have a movie night? We can see if the boys are free as well 

— Lily and Oscar arrived today — She said and he seemed to remember the news she shared the day before

— Great, I'm losing my best friend for a few days — He complained and she laughed entering the car and driving in the direction of his home.

Which was three houses from hers. And two from Pedri's. 

— See you tomorrow? — Sophia asked and he seemed to think, it was a saturday after all 

— I think so, thank you sunny — He smiled and closed the door rushing to his house while she drove away towards hers

It was easy to notice that there were guests in there by the addiction of an Audi in the garage, which was definitely not hers and definitely rented by them. 

— Lily? — Sophia asked once she entered the house and soon she spotted the three of them looking around in the kitchen 

— I MISSED YOU — She ran towards the Spanish girl who could just chuckle and hold the two of them so they wouldn't fall backwards with the impact of the hug — I can't believe I haven't seen your house in person before. 

— We'll be making great use of your gym Soph — Oscar said and smiled hugging her — Soph, this is Lando, Lando this is Sophia — He introduced them and the older McLaren driver walked towards her 

— Nice to meet you, thank you for letting me stay as well — He smiled and she reciprocated 

— Nice to meet you as well, and it's a pleasure, you guys already chosen the bedrooms? — She asked and they shook their heads

— We didn't want to over invade, we were literally just checking your kitchen for snacks — Lily said and she rolled her eyes

— You guys are free to use everything, come on, you guys may have been in a private jet but no one wants to stay long without a shower — She smiled and started towards the stairs with the three following behind

— These two are guest bedrooms, same size and bathroom and closet — She pointed towards them and Lily just looked at both and chose the one on the right leaving Lando to have the one on the left 

— This is better than my room at home — Oscar said and they all laughed 

— I'm going to shower cause I'm exhausted and then we can order some food, you guys choice — She said and left them while she went towards her room and got herself cleaned up, knowing they were doing the same 

It didn't take a long time for the four of them to be downstairs and waiting on their food. The choice being the famous Tapas and Croquetas. 

If someone saw them they wouldn't know that two of them had just met, the conversations just came naturally and the decision that she would take them to the next Barcelona game was made after Lando found out her ties to the club. 

Suddenly the few FC Barcelona decorations around the house made sense to him. They were subtle but were there. 

— So, what was the thing you guys needed my help with? — She asked when she was done with her food and the couple looked at each other

— So... You know how you have an insanely good reputation and people adore you — Lily said and she nodded

— I mean insanely good you're pushing — Sophia looked at her and they laughed

— True, but over all you have a good one, Lando her on the other hand... — Lily pointed to the British driver who looked offended

— He's a nice person overall, just lately has been enjoying the perks — Oscar said and she laughed 

— I'm not that bad — Lando said and she chuckled

— Anyways, we convinced mister here and by we I mean the entire PR team to change his ways and that's where we wanted you to come in — Oscar said 

— We want you guys to fake date — Lily said smiling apprehensively 

— Sorry, what? — Sophia almost screamed shocked 

— I told you guys that was the wrong approach — Lando moaned hiding his face in his hands 

— Again, what?
