Your pov

A secluded spot outside the shelter, the moon casting an ethereal glow on the water on the ground. You sit on a bench, lost in thought. Ilha approaches, his usual swagger in his step, but a contemplative look in his eyes.

He leans against a nearby railing, trying to sound nonchalant, " So, Chiyeol left, huh?"

I glances up, a bit surprised by Ilha's sudden appearance, " Yeah, he was tired so he left. I'm just worried about him, you know?"

He nods, trying to hide his jealousy, "Yeah, those little monsters aren't something to take lightly. Chiyeol's not exactly the most cautious guy."

"That's what worries me. I don't want him getting hurt in fact I don't want any of you to get hurt."

"Well, you've always been the caring type. Can't fault you for that." he said trying to sound casual, he fidgets slightly and continued, " You two seem pretty close."

I turned my head to him kinda confused why he is suddenly talking like that, "Uhm yeah, Why" I asked curiously looking at him.

"N-nothing , I just don't want anyone getting hurt, you know?" he tries to brush it off .

"Hmm me too. Chiyeol is impulsive, but I can't just leave him to face those dangers alone."

"I get it. Just be careful. Don't want to see anyone getting hurt..." He got up and cleared his throat, "including you." He whispered and left.

Time Skip (After 1 month)

Recording Cam🎥:

Soyoon: Has it already been a month? Since we've been in our own.

Deokjung: Gosh, it feels like yesterday when we were so scared of those little spheres, He chuckled.

We all gathered in the shelter within the desolate city. They're battle-worn but determined, discussing their ongoing struggle against the spheres.

"We've cleared out most of the northern sector, but there's still activity near the old factory." I said examining the map, pointing to various locations.

"Those little monsters seem to be moving faster before we can take 'em down." Ilha said leaning against the wall, his gaze flickering between you and the map

"They're adapting. It's like they know our moves before we even make them." Chiyeol said checking his weapons, a furrow in his brow.

"Maybe they're learning from us somehow." Nara said calibrating her equipment, glancing at Chiyeol.

"We need a new strategy, or we'll keep running in circles." Soyeon said checking her supplies, concern etched on her face.

"We can't keep losing ground like this. It's getting dangerous out there." Soonyi said scaredly.

" This shit is barely holding up. We need more resources." Bora said inspecting the damaged sphere detecting device.

"We need a backup plan in case things go south." Hyungshin said keeping an eye on the shelter's defenses

"We'll make it through, right?" Chiyeol said glancing at me, a hint of concern in his eyes .

I met his gaze, determination shining through , "Together, we can beat them. We just need to keep fighting, no matter what." I smiled.

The cityscape is eerily silent as the team splits up to eliminate the spheres scattered throughout. Some rush through the streets while others take to higher ground, their weapons poised and ready it.

On the building terrace, Chiyeol, Taeman and Deokjoong take cover behind concrete barriers, firing precise shots at the encroaching spheres.

"They're getting too close! Taeman, cover me!" Chiyeol said gritting his teeth.

"Got it! Keep 'em off our backs!" Taeman nodded, adjusting his aim.

"Keep going guys! Let's destroy these punks." Deokjung shouted.

Running through the narrow alleys, Nara and Bora stay in sync, their movements swift and calculated as they blast through any spheres in their path. Soocheol and Yeongsu are running down the alleys and destroying the spheres.

Amidst the chaos, Heerak and Soonyi stick together, occasionally letting out startled shouts as they kill off spheres in an alleyway.

Heerak said with a shaky voice," Soonyi, watch my back!"

Soonyi nodded rapidly, wide-eyed," I'm trying! These things are relentless!

On the main street, me and Ilha speed through on his bike, my shots ringing out as spheres close in from all directions.

"Hold steady, Ilha! We've got this!" I shouted over the roar of the engine.

"I'm not planning on slowing down anytime soon!" Ilha said grinning and speeding up more.

I shouted over the roar, " Ilha, left!"

Ilha nodded, veering sharply to avoid an incoming sphere , "Got it!"

After the exhausting battle against the spheres, we all returned to the shelter. Inside the shelter, the atmosphere is a mix of relief and weariness.

Hana, who had insisted to stay behind, pretends to be sick came and playfully asked, " Hey, guys, did you bring me some dry shampoo? My hair's suffering here!"

"Seriously, Hana? We just got back from battling those spheres." Soyoon rolled her eyes.

"Why don't you shave your head!" Heerak screamed annoyingly.

The group gathers around to prepare a simple but hearty meal, combining cans of tuna and rice in a large bowl. Laughter and excitment fills the room as they mix together.

I stirred the pot with a grin , "Alright, who's ready for our gourmet specialty?"

"Gourmet? More like survival at its finest." Ilha chuckled.

"Hey, as long as it fills the stomach, I'm all for it." Dukjoong said ready to eat.

The group continues their dinner, enjoying the momentary respite from the chaos outside. As they dig into their meal, Taeman decides to lighten the mood with his not so funny joke lol.

Taeman got up with a mischievous grin, " So, why don't spheres ever make good comedians?"

Everyone looks at Taeman, curious but hesitant, expecting a groan-worthy punchline.

Soonyi roller her eyes, " Oh no, here we go again. Why, Taeman?"

"Because they always have a sphereious face!" Taeman said laughing out loud.

Yujeon chuckled, "Taeman, that was terrible!"

Ilha shook his head with a grin," I can't decide if I should laugh or walk away."

I smiled despite the cringe, " Taeman, your jokes are a special kind of torture."

Taeman said grinning, unabashed . "Hey, someone had to bring some humor to this sphereious situation!"

Laughter and groans fill the shelter as they finish their meal, the bad joke becoming a part of their shared memories, a light amidst the challenges they face.
