Aurora Mannion had always been taught two things in life.
One never let them see you break-
that rule she learned from her step mother Rebecca whom always believed that even when people hurt you you can't show them the effect they have.
Two just because someone is supposed to love and support you doesn't mean they will-
that she learned from her birth parents, her father, Rupert Mannion, wasn't what one would call a loving father more of an imposing figure who only saw her as a stain on his reputation and family line. Her mother taught her this lesson a different way, she had died during a complication during child birth and for the first year of her life Aurora only new her father and whatever nanny he hadn't hit on yet, eventually Rupert married Rebecca and Aurora finally had someone who loved her.
For the next 22 years Aurora grew under the guidance of these two things, but what happens when her parents split and Aurora is forced to finally examine her life and her future.
