Personality : quite unstable and insane, maniacal, cunning, calculated, quick, deceitful.

Appearance :  7'4" around 120 pounds usually has green eyes but sometimes they are blue, completely black, or black with green irises,

He had come back to Gotham after leaving for more bloodshed elsewhere, as he was 'bored'

Slight backstory: he showed up ages ago alongside the clown prince of crime, and since then, seemed to make it his personal vendetta to be 'better' than the Joker, tho many would see his 'better' as actually way worse causing so much havoc it was hard to count. He had gotten bored of the ever fearing people of Gotham, moving, unknowingly to the same place as the Merciless Merc, where the Merc's search for him began, but K was tricky, and always 6 steps ahead. Cannons frustration has been growing, as he's been unable to find the creature, and with that K had moved back to Gotham, the Merc had taken a while to figure out that he had left, so off he went to Gotham to find him.
