You had seen the posters and cards hung around, the face of a man dangerous enough someone had thought to warn others with that poster, as well as try to catch them. Though walking late at night, you'd seen the extremely tall being, walking into an alleyway, seeming to be glitching, the sound of static surrounding him.. he was humming, even giggling to himself, a lump of something sticking out his back pocket, showing through his leather jacket, a handle, of sorts?  He was also wearing a dark red shirt and black ripped skinny jeans, as well as spiky boots. There were no posters in this area tho. They had possibly been ripped down, by the Wanted man himself...
do you think you can chase after him? do you find a poster and contact Cannon?  do you team up with Cannon against him?

(( yes I tried to draw some spikes on the front of the boot as thats more accurate to what I was envisioning, im not the best at drawing so sorry. And yes the spikes on the front are black, the other spikes being silver)

((For the pants it has the top two zippers and for the next 4 there are rips,, leaving two more rips, the 2 zippers and then rips almost all the way the rest down the calves , as well as distressed and torn up bottoms. both types of chains are there, one on each side, as well as the belt))
