"Zipp! There you are!" Sunny says as the group walks outside and sees Zipp.
"Oh hey! Coming to town with us to gather more supplies for the new-and-improved Maretime Bay Day?" Izzy asks.
"Oh. Wish I could but-" Zipp then gets cut off by Pipp.
"Why can't you exactly?" Pipp asks.
"Because... I'm working on my surprise thing for Maretime Bay Day! Yeah! H-Have fun!" Zipp shouts before she runs off.
"Well at least she's in a better mood now." Alexis says as the group gets to moving.
*Timeskip*
"Maretime Bay Day is going to be great with these treats!" Sunny says happily as the group is putting away the treats.
"How could it not? We've literally thought of everything. And I've been working on the all-new anthem for Maretime Bay Day! Whoo! You wanna hear it? Too late! Doing it anyway! A-five, six, seven, eight!" Pipp shouts happily as she sings her song for the group as Alexis smiles watching her.
"Uh... yeah I don't like it. I love it! What?!" Izzy shouts happily.
"It is good Pipp. As always." Alexis says as Hitch comes into the room.
"Catchy! Yup. Very catchy. She's good." Hitch says as a timer dings.
"Mmmm! Miniature glimmerberry tarts! Great idea Izzy!" Sunny says happily as she takes some treats from the oven.
"Aww! Ta-da! Ooh now they're a true work of tart." Izzy says happily.
"Mmm. But how do you make 'em taste like magic?" Hitch asks as he eats a tart.
"The secret ingredient... Magic!" Izzy says happily.
"We have to make cloud candy next! It's Zipp's favorite! Um where is she by the way?" Pipp asks as everyone looks around.
"Everypony quick! Come upstairs! You have got to see this!" Zipp shouts as she runs into the room.
*Timeskip*
"Wow! What are we looking at?" Izzy asks curiously as the group arrives where the crystals are.
"There were all these vines growing on the wall! And they were glowing!" Zipp shouts as she gestures to the walls.
"Glowing vines?" Pipp asks.
"What glowing vines? We don't see anything Zipp." Alexis says confusedly.
"Okay. I have a confession. I've been monitoring the Crystals and I think something is wrong with them." Zipp says as everyone looks at the crystals.
"What? No there isn't." Sunny says in disbelief.
"None of you have noticed that magic seems kinda weird lately? Like it keeps switching off or something." Zipp says.
"Hmm... Nope!" Izzy says as everyone but Zipp agrees with her.
"Really?" Zipp asks in surprise.
"Sorry sis." Pipp says as she answers a call on her phone.
"Hitch? I saw what happened at the beach the other day. Didn't you take-?" Zipp then gets cut off by Hitch.
"What?! I didn't take anything at the beach!" Hitch shouts nervously.
"Down a report?" Zipp asks.
"Oh. Right. A report. Actually that reminds me. Gotta go file that report!" Hitch says as he quickly leaves with the others.
