CHAPTER: 1
Ever since grade 6 I've been totally head over heals for this guy. And now I'm in grade 9. Friends and class mates joke about me and Robert, I say we are just friends, but I only wish we were more.
"Hey, Kristen. You want to go to a movie tomorrow, then after that out in my tent in the back yard?" asked Robert.
"Ya, I'd love that. I'll ask my dad after school to see if I can." I say as I'm walking over to my locker to get my binders and text books.
"Ok, so will you eat lunch with me today?"
"Who else are we going to eat with?"
"I thought we could just eat alone today." said Robert. "If that's ok with you Kristen."
"Sure, where are we going to eat?"
"Let's eat on the gazebo at the back of the school." Robert said quietly. "I also have to ask you something at lunch."
"Why not just ask me now?"
"Because it's easier if we're alone."
"Ok, but why."
"It just easier. See you in class."
