"Ok so Kristen, truth or dare?" Robert asks.
"Umm..." I think truth but he's my crush and I don't exactly want him to know that and his dares are always something that you want to be afraid of. "truth."
"Ok, who, when and where was your first kiss?"
¿Oh, come on! You had to go and choose that! Why!!!!¿ I wine to myself.
"Well, um, I haven't exactly had a first kiss yet." I say softly, not truly wanting him to hear.
"What? I would have never guessed that a beautiful girl like you had never had her first kiss!!" Robert said
I raise my eyebrows at him.
"Oh shit! I said that out loud didn't I?"
"Yes, yes you did. You really think that I'm pretty?"
"No," I feel a lump start in my throat. "I think that you're beautiful, and that Aphrodite is seriously jelly of you, and nothing that you say will make me change my mind. Now can we get back to the truth or dare? You haven't asked me anything yet."
¿OMFG HE THINKS IM BEAUTIFUL¿ I keep saying over and over in my head.
"Ok, truth or dare?"
"Truth."
I start to smirk knowing exactly what to ask. "Who do you have the biggest crush on right now at this moment?"
Robert looks absolutely horrified.
¿One point for me! None for you Robert!¿
"Ummmmm..." he starts turning bright red. "Um, I don't think I like anyone at the moment right now."
My hart literally breaks into millions of peaces. It hurt so much knowing that the one I love with all my hart does not love me back. It felt like I had one million buckets of glass shards thrown on me.
A single salty tear falls from my eye. I quickly wipe it away before Robert can see it.
"Are you ok?" he says that in the most caring way ever, probably knowing that what he said was not what I wanted to hear.
"Ya I'm just tired." I lie.
"Um, ok. Truth or dare?"
"Truth." still not wanting one of his dares. They can be very, very, strange.
**flash back**
We had a half a day at school in grade six. Lira, Bo, Mandy, Robert and I had all decided to go to Tim Hortons for lunch.
Lira had an ice cap and a turkey club rap. Bo had hot chocolate and a sprinkled donut. Mandy had a frozen lemonade and a lemon muffin and a beagle. I had an ice cap, a donut and a beagle. And Robert had a frozen lemonade, two chicken raps, a beagle, and a donut!
"Hey why don't we start a game of truth or dare?" Lira suggested.
"Yes!" the rest of us say together.
"Ok let's get this party started!" Bo says.
"AND THE PARTY DON'T START TILL I WALK IN!" Robert and I scream. Which lands us some strange looks and us getting kicked out of Tim Hortons.
"Thanks a lot you two! You got kicked out of flavor heaven!" Lira says with a glare.
"I know a spot that we can go and finish out food. It's just down near the river." Robert sagested.
"But it's to far..." Bo wines.
"Suck it up princess." I say.
Bo give me a glare just like the one I had received before from Lita.
Once we get to the spot Robert told us about we were all in awe. It was beautiful, it had a beautiful garden with almost every flower, bush and tree that I could think of.
"Wow, Robert you really know where beautiful places are. Like I mean come on this place a lot of little girls think their princes castle must be." I exclaim.
"I'm glad you like it. Now who wants to continue our game of truth or dare?" Robert asks with a gleam in his eyes.
"Me!!!!!" we all shout.
"Ok, Kristen' truth or dare?" Robert asks me.
"Um, truth."
"Nope, wrong answer! You're getting a dare!" he says.
"I believe I chose truth, you'll give me my truth."
"Nope I'm sure that I heard dare." Robert insists "Getting on with the dare... I dare you to hug a guy here for the reaming time of the game."
"Robert you do relies that you are the only guy here, right?"
"Well then hug me."
We hear oooouuuuussss from the rest of the group. Mainly because I usually don't hug anyone.
I get up from my seat, walk over to Robert and rap my arms around him and he raps his around me.
"I don't know why you don't give hugs more often Kristen? They're really nice hugs it makes me feel protected." Robert says.
"What the heck Robert? Shouldn't I be the one saying that to you?"
"No, I'm just saying that you have a strong hugs, and that they're nice."!
"Oh, um, ok."
**end of flash back**
