Chapter 15

Gray's POV:

I saw Natsu's discomfort. He shivered slightly.

"What's wrong Natsu?"

"I just had a horrible thought hit me."

"What is it?"

"It deals with her."

When he said "her" I knew who he meant. If she tries to hurt Lucy again she will have to go through all of us.

I guess the gang knew who we were talking about. They all nodded at me signaling that I should tell Natsu about my idea. I nodded back in response.

"Hey, Natsu I have an idea."

"What's up Gray?"

I lifted up my shirt to show the tattoo on my chest. I knew he saw it.

"Are you sure it's a good idea Gray?"

"You can train her Natsu. She will be fine if you stay with her. You are one of the best fighters there."

"Yeah, that is true. I will see if she is interested in joining."

"Alright, dude. Good luck with that."

Natsu's POV:

Make Lucy join Fairy Tail. I don't know. I'm scared she will be rejected by the club and won't be able to join. I really want her to learn how to protect herself so that girl won't hurt her.

I heard Luce mumble in her sleep. I smiled softly at her and how cute she looked. She turned and buried her face in my chest.

I started to run my fingers through her hair. Her hair was so soft it was silk.

I had looked up at Gray and he knew that I wanted to be alone with Luce to discuss the issue at hand. They all left and closed the door behind them.

A few moments passed before she turned to lay on her back. She slowly opened her eyes and looked into my eyes. She smiled softly and spoke quietly.

"Hey."

"Hey, how did you sleep?" I asked

"The best sleep I have gotten in weeks."

"Oh really? And why is that?"

"It's because you were there that's why silly."

She placed her hands on the side of my face and pulled it close to hers. A slight blush appeared on my face. She giggled as she saw my blush.

"Looks like I know one way to make you blush now."

"Psssh no." I laughed

"Whatever dork."

She pulled my face even closer to hers. Our noses were now touching each other. I am hanging over her and letting her control my head movement. In the blink of an eye, my lips were on hers.

Oh, how I loved the feeling of her lips on mine. It was like a drug and I'm addicted to it. She pulled away and smiled again.

I smiled back at her giving my toothy smile, which she loves. I mean come on who wouldn't.

That's when I remembered what I have to do. I lift my head up and sit up straight. She sits up and looks at me with confusion.

"Is there something wrong Natsu?"

"No no, nothing is wrong. I just have to talk to you about something."

"Well, what is it?"

"You know I love you with all my heart and that I don't ever want to see you get hurt like you did today."

"Yes, I know that silly. Now, what's wrong?"

"I was wondering if you wanted to join FairyTail a fight club so you can learn self-defense?"

"Yeah, I would love to, if that means I get to beat up Lisanna as payback."

"Yes, that means you might have a chance to beat her up."

"Okay, I'm in!"

That went a lot better than I thought it would. She yawned and got up, heading towards the bathroom.

"What are doing?" I asked

"I'm going to get cleaned up. I need it after what happened to me."

I can still see the dried blood on the side of her head. I shivered as I remembered what happened. I swear Lisanna I will get my revenge. I swear I will.
