i stood in the destroyed werewolf territory. the scent of the mega wolf grew stronger. i spun around, trying to locate the source.
"Chimi?" someone asked. i stopped. Chimi was moms name. i spun around, and werewolf in human form with white hair, and heterochromia with two different shades of blue. a gold piercing in one of her ears.
"who are you?" i asked backing up. "how do you know my mama's name?"
"your Caro?" she asked stepping closer. "where's Salvador?"
"why do you want to know where my dad is?"
"is he okay?"
"yes why?"
"because i thought she was alone." i stopped.
"who?" i questioned.
"she isn't awake, but she is alive." the white wolf explained stepping closer again. "your mother Chimi."
"where?"
"we need to get Sal first. then we might have a chance to wake her again."
"what are we waiting for?!" i shouted as i grabbed her before flying back.

we landed above dads room. i could heard father Ethan and dad talking. i managed to sneak Hannah in through the opening above. Lucya was asleep with Diego, and Miguel was chasing rats. we waited. Hannah said nothing. about a minute went by before dad came up.
"ay Hija, we might have a lead on-" he stopped when he saw Hannah.
"been a while Espinosa." she greeted. he stared. eventually dad responded with a gruff noise and wanted answers. turns out, Hannah knew mama before i was born. when dad heard that mom was still alive, he woke up Lucya and Diego before coming back up and taking his things. i guess we wont be coming back here. we flew off and headed to mixed blood.
