I casually sat in the last booth near the counter of Josie's coffee shop with my feet in the seat and my back against the wall, reading a book. A group of people walking in broke the silence. There were seven people, all of them had on caps and sunglasses.

"Not much of a disguise if you ask me", I thought, glancing at them then looking back at my quantum physics book. Cautiously I watch them out of the corner of my eye.

"hi, what can I get for ya" Josie, my friend who runs the shop, asks then man.

"Seven large, black coffees please" he said.

"Anything special done to them" Josie asks.

"No ma'am" he said politely, pulling out his wallet.

"Can I get a name for that order" Josie asks.

"Stark" he said, my eyes widen at the sound. Instead of making a scene, I play it off.

Since this was no ordinary group of people, I began to listen in to all their conversations.

"Oh, wow, Mr. Stark, the cap and sunglasses threw me off a bit, I knew you looked familiar, it's so nice to finally meet you" Josie rants, completely shocked. She had been a fan of the billionare because he was and i quote "super hot and he's rich".

"You too" he smiled.

I couldn't help but look up and laugh. "Josie, how about those coffees".

"oh, right". She quickly ran to the back.

"sorry about her" I said.

"It's alright, thanks for the help though" he said, walking away and sitting down.

Right as I was looking down towards my book, I got a phone call from Mj.

(on call)

"Hello?"

"Hey y/n/n, Peter got in a fight"

"excuse me!"

"Yea, Flash did a job on him"

"Who started it?"

"Flash, Peter has a black eye and a cut lip"

"Just now?"

"Yep, see ya' in a sec'"

(off call)

I had no idea how she was so calm, I am very pissed. Mj knew once she brought up a fight between my brother and it involved Flash, I would be there. I had graduated five years before her and Peter, but I was still the cool one that everyone liked, mostly. They were graduating this year.

Anyways, I gathered my things and put them in my bag. I stood up and put my phone in my back pocket and threw my trash away. Walking outside, something felt off. It was quiet, too quiet. All of a sudden, there were two black vans coming around the corner. I just sighed and sat my bag down by the door. I was in a hurry to get my brother dealt with.

I got my powers from hydra. The fighting, shooting, and knife handling skills came from the Redroom. Those two places took my childhood from me and I never want to go back. They took me from my home when I was five years old. After five years of training and abuse and being passed back and forth from the Redroom and Hydra, I had finally had enough and escaped. I remember coming home and my parents opening the door shocked, confused, and happy. They told me they tried their best to find me. They also told me some shocking news, at the time it was shocking. They said, "we thought you were never coming back. A month after they didn't find you, your mother found out she was pregnant with your baby brother, Peter." I didn't know how to react so, i just went with it. We grew close together like a brother and sister should

As the vans pulled around me, I braced myself before turning around. When I turned around, everyone in the vans had gotten out and pointed guns at me.

A/n: imagine a cool scene where the camera glides across the scene unfolding and the character is just standing there all cool and stuff.

"Hey guys, how'd you find me this time" I asked with a sigh. There were a bunch of agents this time and I didn't really want to deal with it. No one said anything so I decided to get the Avengers attention. I raised my hand slowly and tapped on the window. I never turned my back on the agents as the doors busted open. I waited a second after the door busted open. The problem was no longer mine to deal with. I picked up my bag, slipped away from the situation and made my way to Midtown high.
