You will come up with fun contests for every month, it doesn't have to be different contests from the last month, but it is your choice if you want to change contests every month or keep them the same for a while then change them.

You are also allowed to join the contests, you will create a badge or something for the winners, and you'll be supervising the contests for the most part.
